Pros:

le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. Non ne abbiamo usufruito, ma c'è la possibilità di utilizzare la Spa e il centro termale senza pagare extra. La posizione è abbastanza centrale, se non si vuole andare a piedi, in 5 minuti di taxi si arriva al bazar e alla moschea. Anche la colazione è abbastanza varia e di buona qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

è andato tutto bene, non c'è niente che non ci è piaciuto.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. La chambre était dans un état déplorable et, surtout, j’ai retrouvé ma chambre ouverte avec toutes mes affaires en plein milieu de la pièce, dans un véritable désordre. 😡

J’ai immédiatement voulu parler à un responsable, mais il n’y en avait aucun sur place. Deux jours plus tard, j’ai finalement réussi à trouver moi-même un responsable pour lui expliquer la situation. Au lieu de prendre le problème au sérieux ou même de présenter des excuses, il n’a absolument pas pris ma réclamation au sérieux.

Aucune excuse, aucune explication, aucun geste. Une situation totalement inadmissible pour un hôtel. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement, surtout au vu du manque de sécurité et du comportement du responsable.

Gentilezza dello staff, la colazione bu9na. Bagno in camera molto ampio e bello. Ristorante con vista su Bursa

Cons:

La SPA e' molto lasciata andare. La piscina molto sporca, purtroppo, quindi inutilizzabile

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das Mobiliar ist alt und sichtlich verbraucht, und der Teppich war sehr dreckig. Zudem wies das Badezimmer Schimmel auf – für diese Kategorie völlig inakzeptabel.
