Ресторан с прекрасным видом и вкусной едой ,спа с хаммам ,турецкой баней ,сауной,бассейном ,номер очень чистый и комфортный,персонал хороший,паркинг для машины

Cons:

First room was smelling from cigarettes, bed was full of some hairs and some dirty points, toilet look nobody clean it after last guests.. We were very disappointed from it, after they change our room and it was ok.
But in both rooms carpets looks very used and old, you really dont want to walk without socks on it..

- breakfast- first day it was good, but second day they offer just old white bread (no any simit, poca..)it was 9:00 when we came, so it was not last moment of breakfast time.

للاسباب التاليه (@@)
1)- يمتاز الفندق بالهدوء والراحه وبعيد عن صخب شوارع اسطنبول وزحمه السيارات
2)- تجد بالفندق جميع خدمات الراحه من المرافق مثل السبا وخدمه الغرف
3)- جميع الموظيف تجده بشوشين ومستعدين لخدمتك بكل الاوقات
4)- الوبي نظيف وتجد فيه شراحه الصدر والمكان الواسع للجلوس فيه
5)- الفطور جميل ومتنوع تجد مايورضيك
6)- الغرفه كبيره وواسعه وتجد بالغرف الخدمات كامله والسرير مريح
7)- خدمه الغرف سريعين بتلبيه طلبك
8)- خدمه صف السيارات
9)- مدير الفندق متواجد يوميا بالفندق

Short stay in Bursa
Pros:

Big spacious room, nice breakfast, walking distance to the old city center. A big park nearby the hotel to cool down from the summer heat. Relaxing in the pool. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Took care of the parking of our van.

ممتاز ومناسب للعوائل
Pros:

نظافة الفندق والغرف واسعه ومناسبه للعوائل.
الموظفون متعاونون وتم ترقية الحجز لغرف اوسع بدون مقابل اضافي.
وجود مطاعم وخدمات على بعد ٧ دقائق مشيا ع الاقدام.
الافطار جيد جدا.
وجود الساونا والحمام التركي.

حوض السباحة مظلم بوجود اناره خفيفه فقط
المنظر من الغرف لمبنى قديم.
