Location might be a hit or missed.
Pros:

It is just opposite Shin-Aomori Station if you need it.

Beside the hotel compound carpark, there is a Times managed parking lot which you can validate at the counter for a discounted rate. (500 to 400yen)

Since it's Toyoko in the Aomori region, they do provide Apple juice and cider during their breakfast. Very nice, I have glasses of them.

Cons:

During the stay, the hotel compound carpark is always flagged as full even though you can see some vacant slot.

Do note that this is not central Aomori.
For dinner, I highly recommend you have them first or get some food like bentos from nearby groceries like Gub or Aeon.

離新青森JR駅非常近，大廳有免費咖啡及備品，簡單的早餐

Cons:

房間太小，似乎是由單人房改成雙床房，以致只有一床有閱讀燈，28吋行李無法打開，早餐有麵包但沒有烤麵包機

1. It’s bad services about employees.
2. They don’t know that customers don’t know their checking in first time.
3. After checking out, we forgot our stuffs, we have to sign in and don’t offer papers for me.
