Pros:

the view from the room is very beautiful, the lights are bright and clean.

Cons:

the staff wasn't very friendly and not patient enough toward us during check in.
the bathroom was not like the ordinary bathroom we find at hotels, i would appreciate it if there's a tutorial in english on how to turn on the shower and the water heater.

Good enough
Pros:

Staff was nice, the breakfast was filling and the room is bigger than a normal budgeted hotel. And the best part is the LOCATION, right next the Shinkansen station, cannot get any more convenient than that

Cons:

Although it's a non-smoking room it's still kind of smell like smoke

綺麗でした。
駅ちかで最高です。

Cons:

最近のホテルがこうなってきてるのは否めませんが、チェックイン！作業、1からの入力はたまりません。特にWeb予約してるならその当たりの情報は引き継げるのでは？
個人情報で、会社間はダメですかね。

ホテルへの苦言では無いのでしょうが、夜遅くのチェックイン後、周りに店がなく、不自由な意味が改めてわかりました。
