Ok for a short layover
Pros:

Location opposite to the bus terminal.

Cons:

Everything in the room was old, and used. There was a huge hole on bottom of the plastic toilet door, which made closing the door difficult. Toilet is very basic and not very clean. It's not very cheap for a budget hotel considering the condition it is in. Only towels and 2 bar of soap is provided as toiletries. There is no proper car park and just roadside parking available around the neighbourhood.
