Nothing
The hotel is great, but not quite 5 stars. The hotel itself is located on the top three floors of a high-rise building with a subway station and large mall on the basement levels. This is extremely convenient. There are great views of Tokyo from all sides of the building. The immediate area (Toyosu) is not a touristy area so you would need to use the subway to get to most places. There are great local supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. Overall I would describe this as a fantastic 4 star hotel.
The main reason this is not a 5 star hotel are the staff. Whilst they are courteous, they do not have English proficiency. They are unable to hold a conversation in English and hence simply do not understand your queries. I asked for help with a sim card and was sent to a shop in the mall which did not have sim cards. I asked for help with topping up my Suica card and was told that this was for Japanese people only (not true). You will also have to take all your luggage up to your room yourself which is odd in a 5 star hotel. Finally, the breakfast buffet is Italian-based and extremely repetitive when you are staying there for a week, more variety and Japanese cuusine would have been welcome.
Beautiful location, modern, many little restaurants, shopping mall. Seems very safe.
