Our last day in Tokyo and we opted for this hotel in so we could get a birds eye view of Tokyo before we leave. It did not disappoint. The night view was spectacular and worth the price. Had hoped to see Mt Fuji but it was too cloudy. This hotel occupies the 33rd through 36th floor of a building, and it was luxurious. Very grand entry doors. Rooms were nice and lots of amenities provided. Loved their little welcoming dessert in the scenic lobby. Lots of places to eat nearby and close to Team Labs and the Toyosu Fish Auction Market. The bathhouses were nice too. The night view was truly mesmerizing.
There was a convenient bus stop right outside to take the express airport bus to Narita. A great end to our trip to Japan.
The hotel is incredibly modern, with impressive technology throughout and breathtaking views from the rooms. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and equipped with outstanding amenities that made our stay very comfortable.
We experienced an issue with our room on the first night, but the staff handled it professionally and efficiently. They upgraded us to a much nicer room the following day and resolved the situation perfectly.

The rooms are spacious and all amenities are provided, with a wide range of toiletries easily available.
The location is great; above a shopping centre and train station, with only three stops to Ginza and other rail connections.
The breakfast is the best we had in Japan, with a wide range of food types on offer.
The staff were excellent in assisting everything we asked for.
The only small, minor gripe is that the elevator is slow. When you need to get to the 46th floor reception, it can seem to take a while.

Ein sehr modernes Hotel mit freundlichen und höflichen Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig! Hatte ein Zimmer im 35. Stock mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick über Tokio! Sehr gerne wieder!
