A truly wonderful hotel. It is located in a very calm and relaxing area with a beautiful Marina Bay–style atmosphere, while still being only a few metro stops away from the center of Tokyo.
Almost every room offers a spectacular panoramic view over Tokyo, depending on the room category booked. From the 33rd, 34th, or 35th floors, the city views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at night.
The breakfast selection is exceptional - an incredible variety of high-quality food with both Japanese and international options. Everything feels carefully prepared and premium.
The staff is highly professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. In addition, the public bath area is beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and designed with great attention to detail.
Overall, an outstanding hotel experience that combines tranquility, luxury, excellent service, and amazing views of Tokyo.

No cold bath in the Onsen.
Breakfast was really not good, everything had seafood. No bread.
We found it a bit expensive compared to other 5 stars hotel we stayed in Japan where we had much better service compared to what Mitsui offered.
Room could have been a bit more spacious. In the photos it looks big but in reality it’s not.

On your website it’s 5 stars which not possible at all they don’t have bell desk no concierge no room service only 1 restaurant which close at 10 pm no pool how can it be a 5 stars it’s false information on your website.
L’emplacement est très bien à côté du métro. Le personnel très sympathique et serviable. La qualité du lit et surtout du coussin extrêmement confortable. Très belle réception avec une jolie vue.
Extrêmement déçu du petit déjeuner. Toujours la même chose sur les 6 jours. Peu de choix offerts. Cher payé l’hôtel pour un tel petit déjeuner. Peut-être agréable pour une ou 3 nuits mais pas au-delà!
Cependant le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
