Great value for the price point.
Pros:

Privacy & Layout: I loved the layout of the hotel; since the lobby is on the second floor and the entrance is on the first, I didn’t have to pass the front desk every time I came or went.

Housekeeping: Cleaning is only provided upon request, which I preferred—it was nice not having to worry about staff entering my room while I was out.

Location: The location is unbeatable. It’s surrounded by great restaurants and shopping, and the subway exit is just a few steps away.

Value: Overall, it offered excellent value for the price.

Cons:

Minor Window Issue: The room had the standard Korean double-window system, though the inner pane was mismeasured and didn't shut fully. Fortunately, the insulation was still sufficient to keep the cold out.

リッチが良くリーズナブル！
Pros:

冷蔵庫（冷凍室）の大きいのは驚き‼️
しかし、タオルや水がロビーに置かれていて取りに行く事をチェックイン時に知らせて欲しかった。良ければバスタオルの備えあると助かる。トイレットペーパーの予備も無し。
エアコンがあまり効かず朝方寒さで目が覚めた

Cons:

Очень странно, что это заведение позиционирует себя как hotel. На деле это больше похоже на дешёвый мотель. Номер оказался в крайне плохом состоянии: всё старое, грязное, атмосфера неприятная. Было даже страшно ложиться на кровать. В итоге мы решили не оставаться и просто ушли.

К тому же фотографии на сайте совершенно не соответствуют реальности. Очень разочаровывающий и неприятный опыт.

南浦洞の中心地にあって最高の立地
Pros:

南浦駅のすぐそばに位置しており、様々なところにアクセスしやすい場所にありました。
オフシーズンだったからか、一人でエコノミーダブルルームに3000円代で宿泊することが出来ました。

Cons:

日本のコンセントに対応出来るように、変換プラグのサービスがあるととてもありがたいです。
(東横インでは、このサービスがありました。)

Pros:

Раньше я останавливалась в этом отеле не раз и мне раньше нравилось.

Cons:

Надо обновить постельное бельё. Они стали изношенные и грязноватые. Уборка комнаты тоже надо усилить.
