Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return and recommend the hotel to others.
Pros:

The hotel had a warm, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the location was excellent, and the beautiful mountain views made it a relaxing place to stay. The spa and gym were also excellent and added to the overall experience.

Perfect weekend mountain getaway in the coziest hotel.
Pros:

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are so well decorated, the spa is a real treat and the breakfast is just exceptional. Everything feels cozy and high-end at the same time, which is a sign of a true gem.

Cons:

There were children in the SPA. People in SPA didn't take shower before entrering to sauna and jacuzzi. Not acceptable.

New hotel, good service and quality
Pros:

Great hotel, staff very nice and helpful, easy check in and check out.
The room is new and comfortable, good breakfast, despite low season the staff is there, ready to help and serve what you wish.

Amazing hotel, get a room facing away from Place Central.
Pros:

Location, facilities were excellent, staff really nice.

Cons:

Had a room facing Place Central and was really noisy until the about 3am…..sometimes 4. The rooms were quite hot and opening the windows made the noise worse.

Pros:

Location was outstanding. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was good, but not great. Spa downstairs was a nice feature. Locker room was really helpful.
