Very clean and friendly staff. Accommodating

Cons:

The room was too quiet. You could hear doors slamming and kids running the halls and conversations all night long. The staff was very nice when we called the front desk at 11:30pm to ask for a fan to drown out the noise. They brought the fan right away and addressed the noise level with other guests (which only minimized the noise) - but the fan really helped.

Cons:

Our mini fridge in our room didnt work. The food we had in it ended up having to go in the trash the next morning. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Too expensive for mediocre amenities
Pros:

The property was clean, quiet, and easily accessible. Staff was available and eager to help.

Cons:

The indoor pool was freezing. We specifically chose this more expensive property so that we could swim on Christmas Day, I could not even fully submerge, the pool was simply too cold.

Outstanding place to stay when visiting the Flight 93 Memorial.
Pros:

When we first checked in, the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The king room we had was bigger than any I had been in before. The breakfast area was clean and there was a staff member there to help with any questions you had.
