Sehr zweckmäßiges Hotel, Klimaanlage bei sehr hohen Außentempersturen äußerst hilfreich.

Cons:

Im Bad zu wenig Haken, um Handtücher aufzuhängen bzw. zu trocknen.

Amazing. Over what we were expecting

Ocak Hotel bietet hervorragende Lage und guten Komfort.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet! In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man sowohl das Einkaufzentrum, wie auch den Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen.
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und bieten allen modernen Komfort inklusive eine kostenlosen Wlanzugang.
Das Frühstück habenwir nicht imHotel sondern im unmittelbar angrenzenden türkischen? Restaurant eingenommen, das sehr schmackhafte orientalische Küche anbietet. Klasse auch der Pub in der Jülicher Straße mit seinem schottsichen Bier-und Whiskyangebot.

Cons:

Da gibt es nicht wirklich was zu kritisieren.
Klar, der Tagespreis für das Parkhaus, 18Euro, war nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen, dafür aber sehr günstig um die Ecke zum Hotel gelegen.
Der Fitnessraum wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen, da die Kosten hierfür, 10 Euro, doch ein wenig übersetzt wirken.

Super Lage, modern aber Minuspunkt für die Dame an der Rezeption

Die Dame am Empfang am Fr. 10.07..26 um 18:00 war extrem unfreundlich und hatte keine Lust die Gäste zu bedienen. Wirklich schade weil ansonsten war alles andere super

Pros:

Bequemes Bett, schönes kleines Bad mit guter Dusche und Pflegeprodukten von Rituals
1 Flasche Mineralwasser vom Haus

Elektronischer CheckIn, gewöhnungsbedürftig, da ist in der Erklärung noch Luft nach oben
Nespressomaschine und 2 Kapseln waren vorhanden, funktionierte aber nicht. Schade!

Excelente atención del personal de conserjería desde el inicio de la estancia hasta el final. Muy atentos y correctos conmigo y mi padre.
Camas ultra cómodas. Realmente descansé.
Hermosas instalaciones. Las fotos no son meramente ilustrativas.

Das Einzige, das ich negativ anmerken kann, ist die Hausregel, dass Speisen nicht nur nicht konsumiert, sondern auch nicht ins Zimmer gebracht werden dürfen. Das war uns leider erst bewusst, nachdem wir gebucht haben. Wir hätten gern Kleinigkeiten gesnackt

Pros:

A localização: ao lado da estação de trens urbanos Gesundbrunnen;
- Das instalações novíssimas e bem mantidas do hotel;
- O quarto (318) com bom tamanho;
- Quarto extremamente silencioso, mesmo sendo de frente para a rua;
- Excelente ducha;
- O café da manhã bastante variado.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado é INEFICIENTE! Nota ZERO! Passei calor! Abri a janela e o ar de fora estava bem mais agradável que o do interior do quarto. Porém, desta forma, ouve-se o barulho da rua.
