It was the worst experience I ever had

Cons:

The staff was very rude and seemed very irritated whenever you asked them a question. And service is not a word that exists in their dictionary. AC were not working, fridge not working, asked for a spoon for my child so I could feed my baby I had to buy it from the kitchen. ONE SPOON!! We left one day earlier than planned due to poor service and experience. Never ever again are we going ho visit this shitty hotel

Cons:

Finns AC men den är låst på 20 grader, men tyvärr klarar den inte ens av att sänka rummet till 20 grader så man bodde i en bastu. Dryg och otrevlig personal. Krångligt med parkering, Netflix finns på tvn men tvn kan inte ha wifi. Endast dubbad tysk tv.

Net modern hotel maar mist detail.
Pros:

Ruime kamer en ruime badkamer. Modern en netjes. Dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken.
Makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en shoppingmall met eetgelegenheid op enkele meters afstand. Nespresso apparaat.
Zelf check in en uit zeer makkelijk.

Cons:

Geen afleg mogelijkheden in de badkamer.
Airco doet het matig en maakt veel herrie.
Geen roerstaafjes bij de koffie.
Slechte wifi in de kamer.

Zimmergröße mit Minibar und Kaffeemaschine.

Cons:

Klimaanlage scheinbar defekt, Zimmertemperatur von über 27° war nicht angenehm zum schlafen. Nach Aussage der Rezeption wird die Anlage zentral gesteuert, was anscheinend nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Flure hatten sogar 30°.

Preis Leistung stimmt hier definitiv nicht !
Cons:

1. Service bei Anreise; die Dame an der Rezeption war extrem unfreundlich und überfordert, es gab self check-in Terminals und viele um mich herum waren überfordert, sie hat nicht geholfen, lediglich die Sprache an den Tablets umgestellt.
2. bei den aktuell heißen Temperaturen erwartete mich ein Zimmer, das einer Sauna glich, das Fenster war gekippt und somit lief die -zentral gesteuerte-Klimaanlage nicht !
Durch die zentrale Steuerung hat es ewig gedauert, bis das Zimmer abgekühlt ist, für mich als Außendienstlerin, die häufig in Hotels schläft, eine der schlechtesten Aufenthalte die letzten 12 Jahre !!!! NIE MEHR!!!
