Kasa Del Ray Alexandria

Die Lage ist wunderbar, das Apartment an sich war nett eingerichtet und die Ausstattung für einen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren bei Problemen gut erreichbar und antworteten schnell.

Kasa Del Ray had a few issues during my stay. First, the room I was initially assigned didn’t match any of the photos on the listing—it simply wasn’t shown on the site. After I raised the concern, I was moved to a nicer room.

Second, there was a recurring fire alarm issue—one day it went off for several hours, and on another, it lasted a couple of hours. It was disruptive and frustrating. Additionally, the front door keypad lock to enter the building was broken - usable, but broken (see image).

On the positive side, the staff was responsive and easy to reach. Parking was free and plentiful, which I appreciated. The Del Ray location is fantastic—very close to DC and a charming, walkable neighborhood with everything you need nearby.

STAFF IS NOT UNDERSTANDING OR EMPATHETIC. WE ASKED TO BE REFUNED AND LEAVE A NIGHT EARLY BC THE AC WAS OUT AND IT WAS 92 DEGREES IN THE BUILDING.

Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV.

This location is right in the heart of the lively Del Ray neighborhood. The building itself is quiet and clean. I really enjoyed the neighborhood ambience, The room itself was pleasantly furnished and comfortable, I liked being able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay there again!

There are many steps, both from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor However there's also a step into and out of bathroom. The room was clean except for a left over creamer, and used coffee in the machine.

Loved the location. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance - Del Ray market on Saturday was fun to walk through. Unit we stayed in was very comfortable. Bed was amazing. I slept so well. It was also nice to have a parking spot on site. No street parking. Close to my daughter. She lives about 6 blocks from here. Perfect place to stay

We are visiting the east coast from Arizona and I must say, this property was everything! The property was perfect for my husband and I. We were definitely a bit nervous to see there were ear plugs by the bed side, but we never needed them the area was so quiet and peaceful they also had a sound machine by the bed side that was a huge plus in my book. Check in to the property was so easy. You walk out the front door and you are walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and so much more! I do tend to get nervous in new neighborhoods ive never been to, but ive never felt more safe and secure in an unknown place. I hope you love dogs because every bar/restaurant has humans with their dog's. It was so AWESOME. Definitely 10/10. The price was also very reasonable forthe 4 nights. A must stay if you are in the area. In case anyone likes to gamble the MGM casino is about a 12min drive from the property.

This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of food and drink options. The room was spacious, clean, with modern furniture. I was only there for a night but with a full kitchen in the unit, I can easily see myself staying longer next time I’m visiting the area again. I especially enjoyed the keyless access to the building and my room.

The location was a 10! The building is in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria with plenty of independent shops and restaurants within walking distance of the unit. The unit I had was a large studio great for one or two people with a king-sized bed and a kitchen along the wall in the unit with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. I love the model of Kasa with a "virtual front desk" where you don't interact with people, but instead, you receive all check-in/out and property information by text, email, and through their web portal. The instructions provided were easy to follow, and they had plenty of free parking behind the building. Please note that you do have to provide a copy of your license and auto information if you are parking a vehicle prior to your arrival, but the process to upload the information was quick and easy through their web portal.

My experience was far better than the pictures or listing could even describe. My Honeymoon stay was amazing! Very comfortable and convenient. We loved it and may make it our go to get away when we need a break from the norm!

Kasa Del Ray is in a great location in Alexandria, VA with access to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and more. The building was clean, with convenient parking, and access was easy.
