Best stay in Hoi An
Pros:

The apartment was fabulous. Facilities is on top. Owner was soo helpful with all the things. I recommend everyone to stay here if travelling with baby. The rent scooter also. My stay was for one day only but i wish to stay more.

Great stay outside the hectic ancient city
Pros:

We have a great two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a small balcony, washer/dryer and a rooftop pool, just outside the ancient city of Hoi An, in Son Phong. It’s just a 5 minute Grab ride in. There are a couple of good restaurants, nearby, many coffee bars, and a bakery. The hotel has a filtered water machine in the lobby. Comfortable beds, nice linens/pillows, good A/C. The two gentlemen that work at the front desk are outstanding.

Pros:

A quiet location, not at all touristy but only 7 or 8 minutes walk from the old town restaurants etc. Very comfortable beds and a lovely balcony to watch the world go by. Definitely get the one with the balcony! The staff were all charming

Nice 2-nights stay in Hoi An
Pros:

Location, close to old town and rice fields. Attentive staff. Comfortable bed. Free bikes to go for rides.

Cons:

Smell to humidity in the room, and the night shift receptionist coughing loud at night, who could be heard from my room (101), just beside the lobby.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming — they even waited for us when we arrived at midnight and arranged our airport taxi pick-up and drop-off at a price much cheaper than Grab, which is definitely worth using.

They also rented us a motorbike at an extremely competitive price, lower than anywhere else in the city, and bicycles are always available, which is perfect since Hoi An is very easy and enjoyable to explore by bike.

The apartment is small but very practical, and having both a washing machine and a dryer is an absolute must when traveling with a backpack.

Cons:

The only small suggestion would be to add a towel rack or a place to hang hand towels, as it would make things a bit more convenient.

Overall, if we return to Hoi An, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for money apartments
Pros:

All the brilliant reviews were absolutely spot on. The staff are so helpful and always there if we had a query or request. We had a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with a comfortable bed and powerful hot showers every day. The free bikes were a perfect addition to go and explore Hoi An and the surrounding area. The washing machine was great and the dryer was a welcome bonus especially in the slightly humid weather we experienced during our stay. We will definitely rebook these apartments.

Great value
Pros:

Very comfortable 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Exactly as pictured. Very spacious. Shower pressure was great, AC in every room with windows that open and mini bar was really cheap.
Staff were great and friendly. Free bicycles though we totally forgot they were at our disposal. Very clean rooms and common areas. Washing machine and dryer worked perfectly.

Location is approx 10-15min walk into the main areas of Hoi An and a handful of restaurants and bars on the same road.

Cons:

I don't think anyone uses the robes provided (we never do) because they were really tatty with stains and holes and missing ties.
Bed sheets were also stained (but presumably clean)
Shower drained really slowly (common in Vietnam) and glass wasn't properly sealed to the floor so it pooled outside the shower no matter how quickly you showered.
No 'do not disturb/clean my room' sign so just asked reception when we needed supplies.
Toiletries and dish soap were almost empty on check-in and no spare toilet rolls for a 2 bathroom place.

The rooftop pool is slightly different to pictures, there's no faux grass floor - it's tiled. No cushions on loungers and no umbrella for shade. (Perhaps you had to ask for these, not sure.)
No major faults, just small details. Still would come back and recommend.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was large and roomy, the ammenities plentiful and the beds super comfy! Location wise this place was perfect, an easy walk into the markets yet quiet enough to allow us peace from the hustle and bustle. We were honestly so impressed and feel this place is massively underrated and understated. We were so happy with our stay and will be recommending to everyone planning a trip to Hoi An.
