Weitere Anmerkungen

Unser Zimmer war nach 15:00 Uhr leider noch nicht bezugsfertig. Nach unserem Eindruck betraf dies nicht nur uns, sondern auch mehrere andere Gäste.

Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich und bemüht, wirkte an diesem Wochenende jedoch insgesamt stark ausgelastet. Aufgrund einer Großveranstaltung mit vielen Familien war das Hotel sehr gut besucht. Da sich das Hotel in der Nähe des Fußballstadions befindet und dort regelmäßig größere Veranstaltungen stattfinden, hätten wir erwartet, dass der Personaleinsatz und die Organisation entsprechend angepasst werden.

Mit einer besseren Planung und etwas mehr Personal ließe sich der Aufenthalt für die Gäste in solchen Stoßzeiten sicherlich deutlich angenehmer gestalten.

Super, mit leichten Einschränkungen, wie erwähnt.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, Lage gut, Rooftop super. Schönes Ambiente. Zimmer klein, aber sehr modern und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage etwas laut. Duplex Garage ist etwas für Mutige. Von uns vieren war einer mit dem Essen nicht zufrieden im Restaurant, das wurde leider komplett ignoriert. Das war aber das einzige negative, alles andere hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Wie gesagt, Lautstärke der Klimaanlage und dass auf die Beschwerde wegen eines Essens im Rooftop Restaurant überhaupt nicht eingegangen wurde. Da hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

Das Frühstück ist mit 20 Euro p. P. absolut überteuert. Die Auswahl ist überschaubar und die Rühreier hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Tolle gemütliche Betten, der eigene Whirlpool in der Suite, die Terrasse und die Größe des Apartments. Man konnte öffentliche Parkplätze kostenfrei nutzen

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Geschirrtücher und Mülltüten in der Küche.
Der Zugverkehr direkt nebenan war schon laut

Spacious and comfortable room.

Cons:

The hotel located in a good residence area. Quite isolated location. No public transportation nearby- you can walk 10-15 min to the tram or about 30 minutes to the city center.

Need to ask for cleanings.

Luxuriöse Suite mit Ausblick, tolles Frühstück
Pros:

Wir haben zufällig diese riesige Suite gebucht mit Sauna und Whirlpool für eine Nacht vor dem Flug nach Sri Lanka. Aufgrund diverser Rabatte war der Preis überaus gut. Ausstattung Technisch ist alles vorhanden inklusive einer kleinen Küche und drei komfortablen Schlafzimmern. Auch das Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Kleinere Mängel an den Duschen, haben wir vor Ort besprochen. Wird behoben.
