Es war alles gut, sauber, gutes Bett.
Unsere Suite war gut ausgestattet, gutes Bad, Toilette getrennt. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten!

Gelukkig was het verblijf voor 1 nacht

De faciliteiten waren prima, de kamer was ruim en er was een prettige fitness ruimte!

Cons:

We werden ‘s ochtends vroeg wakker van een rioleringslucht… deze kwam vanuit de badkamer die deel is van de kamer. De geur was onhoudbaar en we zijn snel naar buiten gegaan, we hebben beneden de staff van het hotel ingelicht, die zijn wel gaan kijken toen wij gingen ontbijten maar hebben we daarna niks meer van vernomen. Bij het uitchecken hebben we hier nogmaals op geattendeerd, maar dit was niet bekend bij het andere staflid en er was verder niks mee gedaan. We verblijven vaker bij hotels en de overnachting was niet goedkoop, dat iets niet goed gaat kan gebeuren maar dat hier vervolgens niks mee gedaan werd vonden wij wel teleurstellend en tegenvallen.

Pros:

The hotel itself is quite nice, and the location is pleasant and convenient. However, we were disappointed with our room. It was on the fourth floor and the view overlooked a parking lot and an office building, where employees could look directly into our hotel room, which felt very uncomfortable and lacking in privacy.

Although the hotel seemed comfortable overall, we were also disappointed with the cleanliness. Unfortunately, it was only in the morning that I noticed there were stains of someone else’s blood on the other side of the pillow I had slept on. This suggests that the bedding was either not washed properly or not changed at all.

For me, this was a very unpleasant experience.

Cons:

The cleaning is very perfunctory, and dust can be seen everywhere. There were still lipstick marks on the mug, and it took several hours to replace the clean cup after two communications.

Great location and pleasant stay
Pros:

The concierge was extremely helpful. Our room was large with a separate sitting area. Good proximity to food and most sites. Parking was excellent

Cons:

One hostess at breakfast was rude.

Great location and great facilities and really helpful staff on the front desk
Pros:

It is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Rotorua and walking distance from eat street where all the restaurants are . Valet parking was good value and very convenient. The staff were charming and our room beautiful well equipped and with an amazing view over the lake . Loved that it was just opposite the tourist center where buses to hobbiton departed from.

Cons:

It was quite busy but that is understandable

Personal atento y buena ubicación

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación inferior a la reservada, aunque nos devolvieron la diferencia. El baño estaba integrado en la habitación por lo que olía a baño y muchísima humedad.
