Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. I had pancakes and asked for maple syrup and the girl did not understand what I wanted. By the time I got my pancakes they were cold.

Apart from the bathroom area, this would have been a top stay for us. Everything else was great

Warm temperatures, cleanliness, lovely staff, location, amenities

Cons:

I did not like the bathroom facility as I prefer the privacy of having this area separated out fully from the living/sleeping area.

Pros:

Fast sharply service and food, great system going on here. A beautiful delight atmosphere and excellent professionalism our waiting stuff had.
The beat place in rotorua so far. Thank you very much was a amazing night we had.

Breakfast was great! No parking onsite, recommend if looking for somewhere central and Corp Hotel.
Pros:

Spacious, friendly helpful staff!
Felt all staff went above and beyond and very understanding and helpful!!

Cons:

Paid for a view, got the basic view, would have been nice to get a much higher floor. No parking onsite, Hotel wanted to charge an extra $39 a night just for the car, so that’s an added extra cost to the room price..gets expensive over a few nights.
