The cleanliness the towels were dirty along with the bathroom we paid for decoration which wasn’t cute the bathroom was nasty and smelled of cigarettes we will not be back
Lovely and quiet villa in a residential area of Seminyak! My partner and I were very comfortable staying here, it has everything you need, close to the city centre, and there’s plenty of food options around. Plus the staff there are extremely lovely and accomodating! Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay.
No issues overall. The shower pressure isn’t great and there is no hot water, but we didn’t mind because we didn’t want warm showers in the humid and hot weather anyway.

Mould in bathroom, pool went green and was dirty, facilities weren’t working properly. Wasn’t like the photos
struttura accogliente, curata, pulita e molto bella, perfetta per chi vuole privacy e allo stesso tempo relax. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.
La struttura è in una zona tranquilla di seminyak, 1,5 km dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile in circa 30 minuti a piedi, in modo tale da esplorare tutto quello che è bali.
Vicino ci sono tanti market, bar, farmacie, ristoranti e negozi, quindi posizione top anche per questo.

Beautiful property with attentive and kind staff who were very accommodating.
Shower in twin room was really low pressure so we had to stand in the bath & use the shower attachment but didn’t find it a massive issue.
Amazing space!! They were super helpful and gave me a travel adapter

This villa is ok it needs a little bit if TLC
Not enough cooking utensils , dirty sponges to clean with I had to ask for dishwashing liquid the put a small amount in a plastic container, no dish clothes etc bathroom had a smell wasn’t to bad the liquid soaps etc needed to be refilled
It was like have these been left over from someone else had to get them refilled
Bed was good and swimming pool was great for the kids
They just need to update the kitchen and bathroom supplies

The staff was friendly and the location is not far from beach around 8 minutes by bike
The villa was not like the pictures it was a little bit older. When we first arrived we noticed that the kitchen was not clean enough and the cabins had spider nets and cockroaches also the kitchen tools were not clean nor new specially the air frier, the kettle and the fridge. The bathroom bathtub and sink had weird stains and the shower gel and shampoo were very cheap quality and needed to be refilled anyways. We raised our complain to the staff so they came and cleaned the villa again and told us that they will move us to a new villa tomorrow. They did move us to a new villa the day after but it was not much better than the previous one. The bathroom smelled like sewer the toilet bum gun had strong flow it was unbearable and the shower flow was very weak.. The wall plugs were shaky. The pool water turned green on our 4th day of stay and the staff did nothing about it, it remaind green until the end of our stay and we couldn't use the pool at all. Also we used their laundry service and one of our white shirts came back stained, it had yellow and brown stains, we returned it back and they washed it again , it came better but we could still see the small brown stains.
This was the worst stay for us in Bali we don't recommend it at all it doesn't worth the price we paid for.
