It was quite
Mouldy bathroom,not clean at all even when I asked them.
I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The team was incredibly responsive and handled every concern promptly.
When I checked in on my first night, there was an issue with mosquitoes. Since I arrived very late, they weren't able to resolve it that same evening. However, first thing the next morning, they took immediate action. They transferred me to another room with significantly fewer mosquitoes, provided insect repellent, and removed the insects from the walls that I had reported.
I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. They genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. Considering that mosquitoes can be a common issue in many parts of Bali, I think they did an excellent job responding and ensuring I had a much better experience.
Thank you to the team for your outstanding service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.
Just a small suggestion for improvement: the pool could use a bit more cleaning, as it didn't look very clean during my stay. Other than that, everything was great, and I really appreciated the excellent service from the team.

The cleanliness the towels were dirty along with the bathroom we paid for decoration which wasn’t cute the bathroom was nasty and smelled of cigarettes we will not be back
Lovely and quiet villa in a residential area of Seminyak! My partner and I were very comfortable staying here, it has everything you need, close to the city centre, and there’s plenty of food options around. Plus the staff there are extremely lovely and accomodating! Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay.
No issues overall. The shower pressure isn’t great and there is no hot water, but we didn’t mind because we didn’t want warm showers in the humid and hot weather anyway.

La struttura è in una zona tranquilla di seminyak, 1,5 km dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile in circa 30 minuti a piedi, in modo tale da esplorare tutto quello che è bali.
Vicino ci sono tanti market, bar, farmacie, ristoranti e negozi, quindi posizione top anche per questo.

Beautiful property with attentive and kind staff who were very accommodating.
Shower in twin room was really low pressure so we had to stand in the bath & use the shower attachment but didn’t find it a massive issue.
