O hotel em si é muito bonito, bem cuidado e em uma região privilegiada. O café é ótimo! O atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, assim como a experiência na fogueira e pizzaria.

Cons:

Tive uma experiência abaixo das expectativas pelos seguintes motivos: (1) falta de privacidade para usar o espaço da jacuzzi pois no dia estavam passando inúmeros prestadores de serviço bem a frente da Jacuzzi e próximo da piscina interna, para preparaçao de um casamento. (2) A piscina externa estava interditada e nao fomos avisados previamente e tampouco no checkin, pelo hotel. (3) o colchão de casal estava deformado sendo necessario solicitar a manutenção/troca.

Pros:

Minha experiência como hóspede foi incrível ! O hotel oferece todo conforto e a equipe nos tratou com carinho, se preocupando com cada detalhe ! Os restaurantes são fantásticos, as instalações são excelentes e proporcionam tudo de melhor que Campos tem a nos oferecer. A academia está impecável, os jardins super bem cuidados, enfim, não sentimos necessidade de sair do hotel para nada, com ctz iremos voltar em breve,

Tudo estava maravilhoso! A equipe com um atendimento espetacular em especial a gerente Dalivia , tivemos uma situação e ela agiu de maneira que nos surpreendeu positivamente! O hotel é maravilhoso , quase nem saímos porque as instalações são ótimas… café da manhã espetacular e a pizzaria é muuuuito boa!!

Pros:

Many things. But mainly:
The hot pool and jacuzzi are delicious. The landscape of its outdoor surroundings is beautiful. The Musik Bar, with its large screen, is very nice and the Bartender was exceptional (Taoma, I think). Sigature drinks served at Musik were exceptional. Bathroom had heated floor and heated towels hangers, even for a simple room it was great. Breakfast variety was amazing. Fireplace room was an attraction itself: Very cozy and relaxing and great service all time.

Cons:

Some things, but mainly:
All trash bins require you to lift the coarse and rudimentary lid, manually (a bit inconvenient). Some places lack staff members to help guests, though you can always ask service via WhatsApp (difficult to stay offline) . Wine prices are insanely expensive, it's was disappointing. Food was very good but not great.
Room lacks coat rack and better wardrobe. The SPA needs improvement.
