Pros:

Breakfast is good, guys at reception are welcoming, nice location with walking distance to majority of objects within old city part, mind going up and down the hills though. Lot of places around to eat, grocery stores, laundry services, etc.

Cons:

Room cleaning might be irregular, one day one of our rooms has not been cleaned up. Some rooms are missing sliding doors in shower cabins and guys at reception offer another room.

We overall liked the hotel, felt welcomed and relaxed. The interactions with the staff was overwhelming good.
Pros:

Felt like a true 4 star hotel. Staff was welcoming and prepared. Hotel was clean, well maintained, quiet but in a good location close enough to the tram.

The room (a suite) was spacious, clean and quiet. The bathroom was okay and the overall experience was great.

Cons:

The sauna and steam room for guests are not really that usable alone, considering that the access to the hamman bath/shower is not free as well. It’s mostly reserved for the payed massages/treatment which were at an ok price though. We did not feel too looked after while using the facilities without paying for extra services. Nonetheless, they were there and well cleaned and in great condition. Just lacking a bit of support.

We tried requesting gluten free food for one guest as she was coeliac. They reassured us that they were going to take care of that, but ultimately were unable to find gluten free bread. We did not have many expectations but felt a bit disappointed after all the reassurances. It did look like they tried their best to accomodate her though.
