Amazing stay at the best possible location at Istanbul.
Pros:

Stayed at this place between May 4th and 7th , 2026. Had an amazing time . The location is very close to all important historic / tourist attractions . Could be reached by walking … And also the tram station is 5 minutes away.

Secondly … The breakfast spread was very good. Clearly de-marked, it serves all parts of breakfast … Right from protein needs to fruits / deserts and every thing in-between.

Thirdly … The room was very nice / spacious / clean with all needed items .

Finally … The staff was unbelievably excellent … Very very accommodative . Attended all my needs immediately and went over and above the requirements.

One example was… Without even me asking , Mr. Shah had handed over the metro card to me which was very useful for local travels. Right from my checking-in ( Mr. Mustafa ) , to checking out ( Mr. Ali ) , Mr, Mert and Mr. Basid were all very kind and provided enormous assistance .

Overall … I would very happily recommend this place for an excellent stay at Istanbul .

Pros:

Die Lage zu den Hauptattraktionen ist sehr vorteilhaft. Das Personal zeichnet sich durch Höflichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aus. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine vielfältige und gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein.
Leider war ein Aufzug außer Betrieb, und der zweite fuhr nur bis zur fünften Etage.
Das Zimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.
In einer Ecke lösen sich die Tapeten.
Ansonsten war es jedoch in Ordnung.

Cons:

No informan de los servicios y horarios de los almuerzos al llegar. Anuncian albornoz y no lo hay. No son 4 estrellas son 3. No hay cafetería. Uno de los empleados quería que hiciera la encuesta delante de él y así plasmar su pensamiento no el mío. La foto que aparece en booking está tuneada.
