Pros:

The location of Villa is in the back away from everyone and everything allowing you to have a complete getaway. All of the outside back area from each individual place is directly into the sand, which offers the most beautiful view, the ocean. Each room had a bathroom and the master bedroom has a view to the ocean. Each room had a television. The kitchen had everything one needs to cook and the refrigerator was a bonus. A nice dining table to eat and a living room with a television as well. It has cable with many channels and apps. Horseback riding is only a minute walk from the room

For what I wanted and like, it was perfect!

I like the view of the back porch but you don’t have access to the beach from your room you have to walk around

False advertising the room I book was not the one I got I got charged and addition $56 dollars for an extra person they charge everything you use sponges to wash the dishes no blender no broom or mop cuz the charge to clean your room I was asked for a $600 dollars deposit and was refunded $429 dollars they charge everything in dollars can of soda $5dollars it’s a rip off don’t book here the place isn’t like it looks in the pictures and over priced
