It was a comfortable room but I had to sleep in sweats

Cons:

The heat in the room wasn’t working properly and it was cold turned up but was not working in morning staff gentlemen said they are working on heat it’s been a problem the stay was comfy but it could have been better much better with heat on a cold night ☹️

Pleasant, comfortable, and convenient are the best words I can use to define our experience.
Pros:

Tasty and convenient breakfast in a nice location.

Cons:

The lobby was chilly. But it was really cold outside. So I understand that the HVAC in the lobby may have been stressed.

If you are looking to stay in Milwaukee and want a place where you can have a beautiful room that’s clean and reasonably
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, very friendly and informative. The property was overall very clean and rooms were modern and beds were very comfortable. Loved the gym, was able to get my daily strength training in and cardio.

Cons:

Nothing I could say negative about this property.

It was barely ok. Would never stay there again.
Pros:

We really liked the breakfast. It is not often that US hotels offer such a good choice.
We also liked the lobby area.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned at all - floor was covered in black, long hair, there were used contact lenses on the floor, there were some used bandaids in the shower. Very dissapointing.
The hotel public areas are worn down and floors needed some heavy vacuuming.
When checking out we were waiting for the staff to ask us about our stay, instead very unimpressed and bored receptionist barely asked if we needed our receipt.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice! Pricing was excellent, room was very clean and taken care of, a/c worked really well, and everything was managed well. We did wish that the room offered heavier blanket cause it did get a little chilly in the evening, but other than that everything was great!

Loved the Hotel, in the morning went down for coffee and there was none. there was others also there looking for coffee. front desk response was we don’t know when we will have more. it’s was 8:30am?For the price of the room for stay not have coffee someone was not doing their job.
