Pros:

Bonne grandeur de la chambre qui était confortable, salle de bain très bien équipée.

Cons:

1/ Accueil inexistant à l’arrivée, nous avons trouvé un billet avec notre nom et la clé de la chambre.
2/ Dans la cour de l’établissement, il y avait de la musique Jazz, sur toute la semaine, impossible de se reposer avant minuit. Dommage qu’on ne nous ait pas informé lors de la réservation!
3/ on nous a mal expliqué le système de prise en charge des frais de parking que nous avons dû payer de notre poche

Sehr guter Ort für eine Auszeit oder Ferien im Oberland
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal, gemütliches, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer, alles da, sauber und gut organisiert. Preis- Leistung sehr gut. Ein Wohlfühlort!

It’s ok but way overpriced for the service

Clean room, easy checkin

Cons:

The staff barely informed us about the facilities
The breakfast was very horrible. The eggs tasted like something poisonous, as I mentioned it to the staff I wasn’t taken seriously. There was no water and no staff asked us for coffee.

Personal macht einen super Job, Frühstück ist ein Genuss!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Das Inventar war nicht topmodern, für eine Übernachtung jedoch völlig ausreichend. Herausragend war das grosszügige Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank so wie ein Safe wären wünschenswert gewesen.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Von den Gastgebern bis zum Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Hotel. Das ansprechende und schön renovierte Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Auch das Abendessen in der hauseigenen Trattoria hat die Sinne verwöhnt, sehr fein zubereitet und toll angerichtet.
