Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Von den Gastgebern bis zum Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Hotel. Das ansprechende und schön renovierte Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Auch das Abendessen in der hauseigenen Trattoria hat die Sinne verwöhnt, sehr fein zubereitet und toll angerichtet.

Un buon 3 stelle
Pros:

La camera spaziosa e pulita, l'ottima colazione a buffet, la sala con piscina e vasca idromassaggio, il personale cordiale, i giochi da tavolo, la qualità del ristorante, la posizione centrale e vicino al bus navetta per Betelberg.

Cons:

La temperatura troppo alta in camera, i cuscini scomodi, il divano letto un po' duro, il flessibile della vasca che sparava acqua di lato (abbiamo usato la doccia a turni).

Das Hotel Krone ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Lenk.

Cons:

Wir haben 2x Zimmer gebucht und beim 1. Check-in gab es einen Schlüssel vertausch, das Zimmer war bereits besetzt. Kann ja passieren.

Etwa 1 Stunde später gabs den 2. Checkin und wieder gabs einen falschen Schlüssel und dieses Zimmr war auch besetzt.
Auf Reklamation am Empfang gabs leider eine schroffe Rückmeldung als eine Entschuldigung, das Gespräch endete nicht so schön.
Wir als Gäste konnten ja nichts dafür!

Bein Checkout wurde gedroht uns auf die schwarze Liste zu setzen. Was soll das?

Pros:

déjeuner extra,joli choix, bon produits. Chambre et S-B confortable propre, possibilité de faire des boissons chaudes

Cons:

parking sous-terrain apprécié , cependant le tarif exagéré. Au niveau de la chambre : trop bruyant, fenêtres obsolètes qui se ferment difficilement.
