Considering location, room, and car park (small fee) excellent value.
Pros:

Great location close to the heart of the city and Empire Theatre. For a small fee undercover car park. Very clean and well presented. Our room was large and had all the basic amenities to easily handle a longer stay.

Overall overpriced plus, the parking well shouldn't be extra. Perhaps it should be reconsidered.
Pros:

Location was good very central. Breakfast was substantial and staff very friendly.
Hotel reception staff very friendly and polite.

Cons:

We couldn't understand why we had to pay $30 parking for 2 days when the parking is actually part of the hotel building. We were already paying $700 for 2 nights including breakfast but this extra charge is just extra money making.
The couch in the room was very very uncomfortable. We might not stay there again and will let other people know about it. It can only be fair that we get the $30 back.
