That I paid for parking in case for the 2 nights $30.I never needed or used and they refused to refund.

We booked a two bedroom suite, however it was one bedroom, four beds as the second bed was in the living area which wasn't easily decipherable for me when booking
Location was excellent for Empire Theatre, shops, cafes and Queens Park.

it was perfect with the couch and balcony. it was big and clean
i would say the couch was weird... i kept sliding forward so it seemed to lean forward. the bed sheeting was not entirely tucked into the bed at the bottom, i would say that it would be hard for longer people
Great location in Toowoomba
No disclosure about how close it was to the pub… we could hear the wedding vowels being said frighteningly loud through the walls when trying to sleep
Good location. Easy walk to restaurants.
Parking was extra and pretty tight spaces.
The location in the Toowoomba city centre is within walking distance of shopping dining and cultural locations. The room is comfortable and all service items were working and easy to use. The on-site cafe has a good choice for breakfast.
On-site car parking can be a little difficult to find at busy times.
Given I was only there for a wedding, I liked how accessible the room was, or the hotel as a whole, everything is explained well, presented well, which for me is a big deal
I mean listen I’m a medical smoker, so not being able to smoke on site was an inconvenience, but ridiculously easy to solve, just exit the hotel for a bit
