The room was exactly what we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable - best we have experienced in rental accomodation for decades! Sound levels were fine (we slept well). Location was great being a short walk from Grand Central (we come to Toowoomba to clothes shop). Parking was available at an extra cost.
Not much!!! Parking was a bit squeezy but quite normal for an apartment block.
The location was good. The room was clean.
Price was not value for money.
Room was larger than expected and so comfortable. I loved having room service available and the meals were so good! Super tasty, arrived hot. Can’t wait to get back.
Noise from bar/DOSA
There was no hot water for a shower at 8am.
The cafe was great and the food excellent. Location was good.
The air conditioning in my room was very loud and even with assistance of the hotel staff we couldn’t make it quieter so I ended up turning it off so I could sleep.
The bathroom felt a bit grotty although this was explained re the hard water and stains it caused.
A bottle of water in the fridge and a couple of biscuits for tea/coffee would have been more welcoming.

The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and did not meet a reasonable standard of cleanliness or hygiene.
When I inspected the room, I found:
Mould present in the shower.
The bathroom exhaust/vent was extremely dirty and appeared to have a significant build-up of dust and grime.
Hair throughout the shower, including pubic hair, indicating that the shower had not been properly cleaned between guests.
The bedding was visibly dirty and unclean.
I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the room. These issues are not minor matters; they raise serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the accommodation.
I booked the room expecting a clean and hygienic environment, and unfortunately, that is not what was provided. Given the condition of the room, I do not believe I received the accommodation I paid for.
I have requested a full refund of the amount paid for my booking, but I have yet to hear back.

Location is excellent and access to the gym and pool was a bonus.
Breakfast is actually a voucher for the cafe downstairs for $30. I ordered avo on Toast with bacon and a regular flat white and had to pay an additional amount to cover the cost.
