Pros:

I booked 2 rooms for two days via Expedia. Hotel staff denied entry to the hotel even though I paid full amount through my card via Expedia, and they wanted us to repay the whole amount. And then, I had to call the expedia to resolve the issue. That’s terrible experience with hotel management, and they are scammers.
