Pros:

Descent room and bed.
Breakfast was ample.
Self-service laundry is handy for longer stays.

Cons:

There was a little off small as I entered the room, spoke to the staff and they took action right away to purify the room.

Windows opened and it was ok.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, though a bit crowded—probably because of the rainy season during our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper on our floor. She was friendly, warm, and cheerful!

Cons:

Everything was great except for the shower room. Due to some design issues, the water doesn’t flow smoothly, causing the shower area to retain water and stay wet. The door would be better if it pulled inward instead of pushing outward, as the current design causes water to drip everywhere.

I had a fantastic experience at Fairfield Zhuhai, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. Upon my arrival after a long flight, Echo went above and beyond to assist me in modifying my reservations, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism and efficiency were truly appreciated.

On my departure, Stephen was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring everything was taken care of and making my checkout process seamless. His warm and helpful attitude made a great lasting impression.
