Fint overordnet men ikke noget jeg ville besøge igen.
Pros:

Overordnet fint sted. Hvad man skulle bruge.

Cons:

Døde fluer fundet på værelset. Ikke særlig tæt på det man ville se. Lugter meget af grill mad inde på værelset. Alt vores tøj lugtede da vi forlod værelset to dage senere. Vi betalte ekstra for at få et værelse med en udsigt, men det var intet specielt og ikke det værd.

The staff at this place , we're very friendly, very, very helpful., i'm someone from England and even English people don't understand me.but the staff in the hillary hanoi hotel what absolutely brilliant on highly recommend a stay at this nice , clean , relaxed hotel.

Pros:

It was quiet away from the busy streets so slept well. Staff friendly and willing to help. Prompt with laundry. Pool was clean and had a good view of the city.

Cons:

The bed was hard just not what we were used to. Didn't realise how far from Old Quarter but didn't mind escaping the busy streets at the end of the day.

Terrible.
Pros:

This property was NOTHING like the pictures!

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the room, the soap had been unwrapped and used by the previous guest! The room didn’t have toilet paper and when we asked the staff for some they seemed annoyed at us. Only 2 towels despite 3 guests and when we asked for a third it seemed to be an inconvenience.

Pool was tiny and not nothing like the photos.

This hotel is definitely not 4 stars and shouldn’t be advertised as such.

Ok na max 2 noce więcej nie polecam.
Pros:

Śniadania były okej.

Cons:

Niestety ale nie wiem skąd 4 gwiazdki. Pokoje bardzo ciasne , bez światła dziennego. Małe okienko skierowane na pokój naprzeciwko. Brak klimatyzacji. Brudno. Łazienka nie była sprzątana tylko wymieniane ręczniki. Standard bardzo średni. Kabina prysznicowa w łazience cała zakamieniona , w pokoju dużo kurzu.

Pros:

Room not clean and cockroach are everywhere in the room. Even toilet....Pool was out of service. And no tanning beds or even space to lay down .! Bed comfortable tho.!

Good hotel away from hustle though close with taxi
Pros:

Clean room, lovely staff. Excellent breakfast. They arranged airport pickup which was on time, good driver and vehicle. Best service after long flight to new city and country. Good location if you do not like to be close to noisy main roads. Overall good value.

Cons:

Small window with small distance to opposite room. But this is to be expected in Hanoi when staying at moderate priced accommodation. No handrails on entry steps. If you have mobility issued not a good place to stay.

Pros:

I have spend 3 nights, everything was good except every morning around 6 strange noise which cant let you sleep. Looks like something is cleaning rooms and ventilation or something like that makes big noise, its terrible
