Great hotel.

Awesome hotel and nice location. A little far from downtown but quiet and in a nice business area. Easy options for public transportation hotel itself is beautiful and awesome insite onsen after a long day. Great activities on site if you prefer to have a mellow day and relax at the hotel. Would recommend a stay here.

Great place to stay, would highly recommend. It provides high luxury status for still an affordable price.

A very clean and tidy hotel. The room is on the economical side, and it’s ok if you mainly use it for sleep purpose! The spa is very new and with ample shower pressure to wash off any fatigue you may have for the journey! The biggest bonus for me is to access 中之岛，middle island, for a quick run in the morning.

We loved our stay at Resol Hotel Trinity! The rooms were cozy and comfortable, the amenities were excellent (face products, microwave, and laundry especially), and the price was very reasonable. Would absolutely stay again.

Very clean, staff is very nice and the best part is the location, close by to many interesting restaurants. The hotel has a great map for local site seeing and places to eat near by. The spring baths is nice and private. The breakfast is amazing!

The onsen was a wonderful feature. However, we were quite disappointed that the hotel did not reserve seats for guests at the buffet breakfast, telling us there was no availability. In our experience, that has never been the case at other hotels, particularly given that we were just two guests.

Room and facility were great!

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. The public bath is an amazing experience. Very easy to move around with the nearby subway stations.

The room was nice but very small … the bed was also very small.
Room should only be for one person

It was great. Bigger than other hotels around and the staff were lovely. Breakfast buffet was worth it.

Loved our stay!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The rooms could be a bit larger, but the good thing is they offer a public bath, office space, and lounge rooms. You can also easily get drinks from the vending machines.
