They forewarned me in March 2026 that their driveway wasn't available. Usually this means the hotel can fix the issue by end of August 2026, and they will make accommodations to make the customer experience better. NOPE! Instead, imagine lining up for 15 minutes to get into a shared airport parking ramp behind the hotel, lugging a family trip's worth of luggage from the parking ramp (no bell hop), the hotel doesn't have enough luggage carts (the one they had was broken, but luckily we found an airport luggage cart outside), and they're going to still charge you $48/night to park there!
It is next door to the LAX. Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good hotel for the price. Very generous free breakfast. The restaurant and bar are nice and good food. Free shuttle to the airport. One caveat was the housekeeping . It is every other day and by request and the parking is on the expensive side
Gym was amazing, room was amazing - we have stayed there a lot of times.
Very few tables to accommodate all the guests at breakfast, creating long lines. We have not been there during the summer before and it had been fine. It was a bit challenging this time, without spoiling anything though.
A touch of class and historic charm. Staff are amazing and made the stay memorable. Special compliments to Mandy at the pool bar and Tyler at the lobby bar. You are both fantastic people and a credit to JDV Barnett.

Δεν έχω φάει χειρότερο πρωινό στη ζωή μου. Για την ακρίβεια δεν έπρεπε να το φάω! Δεν τρωγόταν και ήταν αστείο τ ότι αυτά που έδιναν τα έλεγαν πρωινό! Λίγες φέτες ψωμί, 5 ξεραμένα μπέικον, κάτι συσκευασμένες μικρές μαρμελάδες και βούτυρα κ αυτό ήταν όλο! Απαράδεκτο γι αυτό το ξενοδοχείο!

In room lighting - just a bedside lamp for a room that size is not helpful when dealing with packing.
I had a great one-night stay here!
Caught the shuttle at exactly the right moment, was helped by Ashley (who was stellar and really made the stay memorable) at the front desk, and then crashed once I got to my (upgraded as a Globalist) room.
The next morning I caught some rays at the rooftop pool, had a surprisingly delicious grain bowl, and checked out seamlessly (again, helped by Ashley).
Highly recommend!

Slightly older but nice hotel. Stayed just one night. Room was a decent size and the bathroom was decent too. Comfortable beds and decent kitchenette area. Aircon a little noisy
Staff were really helpful and friendly. Car park is shared with other hotels so gets busy.
Not much in terms of shops nearby.

Second time there and now it is official LAX my stop and go Hotel when in transfer. There are two employees Simon and Caleb, they went above and beyond to help me. When you are tired from flights, nothing better than great service awaiting for you.
