A Great Airport Option
Pros:

The facility itself is clean and inviting. One side of the elevators in the parking garage was out of order when we stayed so getting from the parking garage down to the lobby was quite the ordeal, but once we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Simon at the front desk. We booked through a third party and had a little mixup with the side of the hotel we were placed in, but Trey made sure to accommodate us. He was very patient and supportive, explaining the process. He deserves a raise! Overall, a great place to stay for airport access. Although it was close to the plane activity, the noise was not overbearing at all and we were able to get adequate rest. I would stay here again.

Outstanding customer service from Simon
Pros:

I had a great experience at Hyatt House LAX, especially thanks to Simon. He did an excellent job trying to accommodate my early check-in, even though a room wasn’t available right away. He kept me informed throughout the wait and communicated everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The hotel also stored my luggage so I could go about my day without having to carry it around. Simon’s professionalism, friendliness, and great customer service made the experience much smoother. Thank you!

Easy, Comfortable stay
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel to attend the World Cup match at the Sofi Stadium nearby. The hotel was stylish, with basic but well thought amenities. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple. My room was relatively spacious and was very clean. Staff were nice and helpful.
Areas that are left to be desired? In room lighting can be brighter, and shower water pressure can be stronger.
No slippers were provided (as expected), so make sure to bring your own.
There is a free shuttle bus to LAX terminals departing the hotel at every 0 and 30th minute of the hour. The hotel advised me of all amenities and features prior to my arrival by email, which was very helpful.

We appreciated the airport location, but the shuttle was very frustrating and we noticed that all the other hotels sent

The shuttle does not run frequently enough. We waited for over half an hour, and then finally we jumped on the shuttle for the hotel located next-door.

Service review!!!
Pros:

I'm simply writing about the service (Food was good too!) but the service is what I'm most Impressed with. A man named Eddie immediately helped us and greeted us and was just super nice. We had a party of 9 and showed up in the middle of World Cup and it was busy and he went out of his way to accommodate us and didn't seemed bothered at all even though it was busy. We had a server named tessy (tesi?) and he was just as kind. Literally best service - we asked for tons of sauces and refills and he was on top of it. Great start to our vacation (we were passing through on our way to Hawaii). Thanks to them for starting off our trip so well!! If you're getting food the quesadilla and the carne asada and shrimp tacos are great!

Terrible.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The water came from the tap was dusty. The bathtub valve was broken, so it wouldn't hold water. Consequently, I couldn't have a proper bath before my flight. This is not the level of quality one expects from a room costing several hundred dollars a night.

This is our home away from home
Pros:

We booked this trip for a World Cup game. I can not recommend this place enough. Clean, specious, comfortable rooms are great, but what stands out is their staff. Simon went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Eddie and Jules are rockstars at the bar and restaurant. I would never consider going anywhere else. A+ Thanks for taking care of all twenty of us. You made us feel at home

As acomodações são boas, precisa melhorar o atendimento pré e durante a estadia.

Cons:

O café da manhã não é bom. Poucos itens, em sua maioria frituras e alimentos repletos de açucar, alguns sequer são repostos quando acabam. Alimentação que dificulta ao hospede que pagou pelo "Breakfast" fazer um desjejum saudável.
