Closer to the airport, quiet, and clean rooms.
The restaurant closed too early for our flight and I couldn’t get the free breakfast even in a bagged option because we had to leave too early. Also the shuttle took almost an hour to pick us up.
Super clean hotel with modern facilities, seems to be in a pretty good area and the airport shuttle is very good.
Being an airport hotel, you will have to expect some noise from the planes but there's not much the hotel can do about that.
The charge for the property was supposed to be $192. When we arrived they put an additional charge on the card for $100. Which was supposed to be refunded at the end of stay. This $100 has not been refunded. Can you please see that it will be refunded to my Capital One Card.

Location and design
I have a mom that’s 76 years old disabled we parked on the second floor come to find out that the elevators don’t work so we had to carefully bring her down the steps with luggage told the front desk and they said it’s separate from the hotel, they own the parking garage and they’ve been having this issue over a year and it’s still not fixed that’s unacceptable. That should be put in the pamphlet. We also got bit in the room. We thought the room was amazing until we laid down on the beds. I was been on the foot and my sister was bit on her leg and my mom said her hand was itchy and that’s from the couch in the living room. I don’t know if it’s bedbugs or fleas from a dog. I don’t know if it’s a pet friendly hotel. I thought I checked, but that was another issue. Other than that. It is a nice place to stay if they can fix those two things which are pretty big.

Very nice modern hotel very close to the airport. Great shuttle service. Bed was comfy.
Very busy hotel – I arrived at the same time as a tour bus and it took almost 45 minutes to get checked in. The air conditioner in my room was soooooooo loud even with ear plugs.
