I was very dissatisfied with staff, room, cleanliness, staff not speaking English, payment process (no cards), etc.

Smelly Sheet! Very basic facilities
Pros:

I stayed at House 24 Jl. Jogokaryan 24, Yogyakarta, for a holiday in Yogyakarta. Because it was only a short trip, I chose to stay at House 24. The rate is very cheap (around Rp 100,000/night/room). And with such low rate, I do not expect anything special from the place. Below are my reviews of the facilities:
Bathroom: very small, and provide only the very basic facilities
Location: The bad thing: not close to tourist attraction since it's located in the housing complex and not much choice of public transportation, except for 1 rarely-passing city bus.
The good thing: A regular bus passes this place that can bring you straight to Marlboro and other tourist attraction, though the bus is quite rare in this area.
The Staff: is very helpful & friendly.

Anyway, if you don't mind of smelly sheet (I can smell the heavy smell of sweat from the sheet and can hardly sleep because of it!), and remote location, it's quite OK. However should they care enough to change the sheet when the new guests arrive, it would've been much appreciated!
