Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent et l'établissement moderne. Le système de code au lieu d'une carte magnétique est ingénieux.

Cons:

Le store dans la douche n'a pas lieu d'être car l'eau éclabousse dessus en prenant sa douche. Il serait judicieux d'ajouter un film opaque sur le double vitrage. La literie pas excellente et j'ai pu constater des petites tâches sur un des draps blancs.

Struttura in ottima posizione
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B a Siviglia dall’1 al 4 febbraio e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto piacevole. La struttura è accogliente, ben posizionata e curata nei dettagli, ideale per visitare la città comodamente. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio.

Per il resto, soggiorno consigliato!

Cons:

Unica nota negativa della camera che ci è stata assegnata: la porta scorrevole del bagno è semi trasparente e questo non garantisce una privacy adeguata, aspetto che potrebbe risultare un po’ scomodo soprattutto per soggiorni in coppia o con amici.

Céntrico y buena atención del personal
Pros:

Es muy céntrico.
El pequeño office con café, nevera, platos, sandwichera, microondas. Fantástico si vas por unos días o quieres desayunar en la habitación.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento en el baño. Y un poco más de luz.

posizione eccezionale, rapporto qualità/prezzo e gentilezza del personale
Pros:

posizione fantastica: dall'hotel si raggiungono in 10 minuti a piedi tutti i principali monumenti di Siviglia
al check-in abbiamo avuto una mappa di Siviglia e tante indicazioni da parte dello staff

Cons:

non è possibile fare la colazione ma ci sono tantissimi posti vicini che offrono meravigliose colazioni o brunch
abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a regolare il riscaldamento della camera

Самый центр города, рядом всё. WiFi отличный, техника не старая, холодильник вместительный.

Cons:

Вечером по выходным шумно, музыканты играют на улице, люди гуляют и орут.
Комната ну очень маленькая. Кровать занимает половину комнаты. Для одного человека нормально.

Parfait en plein centre
Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment très central proche des rues commerçantes Calle sierpes etc…
La chambre était très belle, très grande, avec une petite cuisine en plus non pour cuisiner mais pour grignoter et boire.
L’accueil était parfait, le personnel est très gentil et serviable.
Comme nous étions en hiver nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais ça doit être très agréable en été.
