Lovely room, good location
There was no external window which I didn't like. I thought it should have mentioned that. I like to be able to open a window. There was one onto a communal area but it's not the same as fresh air!
Me gustó mucho la cercanía de los recepcionistas, eran muy amables y nos ayudaron mucho dándonos indicaciones para llegar hasta el aeropuerto por transporte publico. El hotel se encuentra muy céntrico, en un lugar muy seguro.
Lo que menos me gustó del alojamiento fue la limpieza, la cama tenía varios pelos en el edredón además de haber zonas donde no se había limpiado bien como es el caso de debajo de la cama que estaba lleno de polvo. También dos noches nos encontramos cucarachas en el baño. Por último, la cama estaba hundida, me resultó bastante incómodo dormir ahí.

Although the central location was ideal for the first 2 days, on the third day our hotel became inaccessible for much for the third day, into the night, because of roads being blocked off for the annual Palm Sunday Easter parades.
It would've been good to have been warned of this when booking.
Also at any time of year taxis are not able to get right up to the property, which wasn't clear from the booking information, due to it being on a pedestrianised street.
Was disappointed on arrival to be told the roof top pool was closed until May. This was unclear at time of booking. It would've been plenty warm enough for a dip.
The pool was also smaller than it looked on the photos.
Only flimsy stools to sit on in room, no substantial shower.
Shower needed a closable door at the end, as water spilled out onto the bathroom floor.
Coffee pod machine didn't function properly on last day.
Had to keep asking for extra coffee as not enough pods supplied. Also it only makes a tiny amount of coffee.
View overlooks a pretty dull courtyard.
Noise from comings and goings in other rooms carried a lot.
La ubicació és espectacular. A més, les instal·lacions es veuen modernes i l'habitació és espaiosa i més que suficient per dues persones. Tot i que nosaltres no l'hem utilitzat, compta amb una petita cuina i hi ha supermercats molt propers.
El llit i els coixins no ens han acabat de resultar còmodes i, tot i que, no se sent soroll exterior encara que els carrers estiguin plens d'ambient, sí que se sent el soroll dels altres clients.

Nothing to dislike.
Pro: la posizione è eccezionale, nel centro città e a massimo 10 minuti a piedi dalla maggior parte delle attrazioni, non abbiamo mai dovuto prendere un bus o un tram. Lo staff è gentile e ci ha fatto sentire accolti da subito.
Contro: la camera standard non gode di luce naturale ed è davvero piccina. L’insonorizzazione non è delle migliori, si sentiva bene cosa facevano i nostri vicini di stanza. Pulizia da rivedere, c’era non poca polvere in giro. Infine, dal primo giorno abbiamo segnalato un problema con una delle luci chiedendo che venisse sostituita la lampadina, nessuno è mai venuto nonostante l’abbiamo fatto presente anche una seconda volta.
L’emplacement est idéal et la chambre est vraiment bien et super bien équipé !
Le matin on peut entendre beaucoup de bruit, notre chambre était au rez de chaussé et un matin à partir de 8h impossible de dormir car nous entendions énormément de bruit.
