A la fois dans les couloirs qui résonnent beaucoup et le frigo de la chambre était très bruyant.
The hotel is in a perfect location, not far from the Cathedral and the other touristic attractions. I loved its interiors and decorations. The room was very spacious and comfortable, there was a small kitchenette with everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I would improve the cleaning (found some dust and a not perfectly cleaned bathroom sink) and change the bed cover and towels.

I was happy with the stay, the design is chic and modern, I liked the extra couches in the hallways to make the transitional spaces feel inviting and homey. A coffee maker and kitchenette in the room was a lovely convenience. The location was great for wandering the center and enjoying the city.
I wish I knew that the pool wasn't open until May 1st, as we were there just before that date and I had very much looked forward to the swimming experience, furthermore, it's a pity that most of the rooftop terrace was thus inaccessible. Too bad that there is no breakfast available... but luckily we could pay for a buffet at a nearby hotel.

El proceso de checkin es una tortura. Bombardean con emails y mensajes sms que no sirven de nada. nos quedamos una sola noche y ya estaba cerrada la piscina - el checkout es a las 11am y abren la piscina a partir de las 11am!!! Absurdo

The location is perfect.
Before arriving at the hotel, I wrote them an email and call them for some information, they didn’t reply.
In the room, the shower was still dirty with hair in it.
In the morning we have found two cockroaches. I went to the reception and they didn’t offer any kind of help. We checked out from the room earlier than expected. The receptionist was not very understandable and rather cold.

The location is on a pedestrian street, so you should expect some noise from people late in the evening.
Lovely, modern design and very comfortable rooms. The room was small but it had everything I needed and very comfy bed, big shower, enough mirrors and places to hang your clothes.
The staff is very helpful. Fantastic location.
Unfortunatelly the pool was closed. I've missed that information and was really looking forward to have a dip. Anyway the pool is also very small.
