Great and fun location
AC was off when I by I got there at 10pm so it was 90 degrees in my room all night.
Music outside is insanely loud but there’s nothing the staff can do about it.
NO STAFF AT NIGHT IS DANGEROUS AT A PLACE LIKE THIS.

The air conditioner was not really an air conditioner. It was basically a fan for the room. It was still too hot even with it blasting.
Location, amenities, staff, beds were comfortable.
Just the music over night
The outside patio was wonderful. So glad we reserved the 2 units off the balcony. Perfect for our big family getaway.
The music was loud due to the bars below but no fault of the hotel.
Its in a great location, close to everything
All the basic necessities, A/c, wifi, hot water, confy bed and prime location. I think the highlight of the hotel is its rooftop terrace, beautiful views.
No shampoo, nor signal for the tv.

Location is great but the hotel is run down and not managed properly.
Our sage had a constant beep going to the point where we had to leave the hotel and go elsewhere. The lady night we came back to the hotel after dinner to a bloodbath in the lobby as someone hurt themselves. That plus the beeping in our room caused us to leave and search for alternative accommodation. Hostel Pepe’s private rooms were 10 times nicer, cleaner, and more hospitable staff as well. Would never return or recommend this property to a soul.

No service after 4pm and no answer on the phone number left for emergency. I had a water leak cause by drain clogged on bathroom and no body answer
LOUD MUSIC from live bands until 3am and the all night to 6am beach dance rave right in front of this hotel. So loud - bright colorful lights flashing - thin beige curtain so not helping - believe the reviews in your room you will not be able to hear at all it will be like the band which is just outside the rooms and dance party is in your room! DO NOT BOOK HERE. Broken things in the room so front desk lady blamed previous guests and said well it is too far from Puerto Vallarta where they need to get things for replacement or repairs? STAY AWAY from here! Read the reviews as other properties in town will also be beside a club - there are quite a few clubs in Sayulita and no noise control here.
LOUD MUSIC UNTIL 6am IMPOSSIBLE even with earplugs to sleep here!
The room, the staff, the location was all great. Clean and safe, easy to walk around town and beach access was right there. Beautiful space above to lounge, overlooking the beach.
The only challenging part was the noise late evening and through the night (from various music below/beside hotel). I did bring earplugs knowing this, but found it louder than expected, so sleep wasn't great as a result. To be fair - I'm also a lighter, more sensitive sleeper, so some may be okay with the loud music overnight.
