Excellent appartement et accueil
Pros:

L'accueil exceptionnelle de la réceptionniste. Problème avec la clim elle nous a trouvé une solution de suite et on a eu un autre appartement.
Tout est propre, la literie impeccable nous avons bien dormi. C'est calme. On s'y est vraiment trouvé bien. Merci encore madame pour votre accueil et votre réceptivité. Parking sur place privé.

Das Appartement war geräumig, das Bett bequem. Ein schöner Balkon. Der Check-in freundlich und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach. Die Polster sind immer vom Sofa gerutscht. Balkonstühle wären toll gewesen. Beim Checkout würde wir um Punkt 10.30 Uhr rausgeschmissen. Das ist mir auch noch nie passiert.

Ruim appartement met volledige keuken en parkeerplaats . Vijftal kilometer van centrum Milaan. Metro dichtbij.

Cons:

Dakappartement met enkel dakvensters. Povere uitrusting.

Ok for what it is, but staff service is poor and lacking of empathy.
Pros:

Clean enough, most of essentials available, apart from shampoo/conditioner. Had some water in the fridge and some toilet tissues.
