Spacious and modern hotel, very friendly and in perfect location.
Pros:

I loved the style of the hotel - functional, but not sterile. Everything feels spacious, from the room to the breakfast area. The room has basic kitchen facilities and a big work desk, ideal for work purposes. The hotel is in the city center, literally minutes from central station, Niolai church and market square. Overall, an excellent experience.

Cons:

No comments, my stay was perfect. Thanks to the team!

מאכזב ביום הראשון, ביום השני החליפו לנו חדר אחר והיה בסדר.

ביום הראשון באנו בבוקר, אמרנו לפקידה בקבלה שאנחנו ממהרים לסיור מודרך וניקח את החדר מאוחר יותר. בערב שהגענו קבלנו חדר של נכים, חדר שהיה לא נעים לנו. לא הסכימו להחליף לנו את החדר, כנראה שלא נשארו להם חדרים, למרות שהזמנו את החדר שלושה חודשים מראש. ולא הסכימו לשדרג אותנו ללא תשלום. רצינו לחפש מלון אחר, אך לא הסכימו להחזיר לנו את הכסף. חבל מאד
