The hotel was stunning and came with many perks and benefits. I felt it was great value for what we paid. The staff was also so nice and accommodating in every way possible. We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the washer/dryer in the room! Didn’t have to worry about going off property or a shared room to wash our clothes. This hotel was conveniently tucked in a neighborhood with a bunch of shopping store fronts near by. Being within a few minutes walking to gion, I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto!

Very spacious and clean rooms, having a washing machine and dryer inside the room was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is walkable and in a safe area. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming, polite, warm, and most of all professional. Above and beyond my expectations, we truly feel welcomed and at home. Thank-you

Very kind staffs, english friendly. Place is so zen, nice Japanese vibes with beautiful rooms with a touch of modern vibes. Also, close to Nishiki Market. Will definitely come back.

The hotel was beautiful. Lovely minimalist in an area removed from the tourist bustle but also close enough to walk to major attractions. The room's features made the stay perfect. The free sake in the lobby was a pleasant surprise!

We are so happy we stayed here while in Kyoto, the staff were fantastic. A large selection of dining options within walking distance and a few different train stations all within walking distances as well.

The staff was kind, rooms were nice however the wooden tub had mold all over.. definitely health hazard and should be fixed. I like that they provide free drinks. The rooms are decently sized. The location is convenient.

Fun place to stay close to lots of different areas of Kyoto

Clean and quiet neighborhood

The staff and service were exceptional. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept.

Great room. Lots of space and cool design, especially the wooden bath. They have all the right special touches. Japanese style pyjamas, slippers and even our own washer and dryer in one, in our room, mini fridge, sink and excellent shampoos, creams, wash. Quiet in the area, but vey close to alot of action, market, shopping etc. not one disappointment. Recommend highly.

Wi-Fi is slow and disconnected constantly, 1 free water bottle each day, all other water was at an extra cost, toiletries are not in the convenience inside the rooms, but in the 1st floor, and staff is not friendly and distracted on the computers and talking to each other.

Great hotel with a distinct serenity - a tree and reflecting pool in the hotel courtyard, a zen garden next to reception, shogi screens and a natural wood soaking tub in the room. In a great location, steps away from the covered outdoor shopping areas. Add in the washing machine/dryer on each room and you have a winner. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, Japanese style hotel in a perfect location to reach the typical tourist attractions. Doesn‘t serve breakfast but has a nice little lounge with free drinks. Quiet neighborhood but many breakfast places and restaurants nearby. Washer/dryer in each of the rooms.

Very nice hotel with cozy rooms. The only downside I can think of is the air condition as it is a little on the noisier side. But still a great place to stay.

Hotel Nol was absolutely fantastic!!! We had an amazing time from check in to check out. The staff went above and beyond for me and even helped me ship 3 luggage’s to my next destination in Osaka.

The rooms are so elegant. Minimalistic and modern but with old Japanese touch. Our family loved this place so much. My son wanted to purchase the grey Nol leisure wear set. (I was told not for sale. Lol)

The hotel has a very nice vibe. Dark and mysterious, calming and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed unwinding and recapping the day while sipping on sake in the lobby after a long day out sight seeing in Kyoto. We will be back one day and I will continue to refer more people here.
