We booked a suite. It wasn’t worth the price. No bathtub, no microwave, ice only available on the fourth floor. Was not worth my $700+
Sold as a two-bedroom Suite. Both king bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. I’ll never book this hotel again!
Love this hotel! Love the atmosphere, the value, the customer service, and the cleanliness and condition of my room. It has every amenity I need and its location is super convenient to everything I need to get to around the Frisco/Plano area. Couldn’t be more impressed!

Great hotel with Clean rooms and nice staff. The hotel is co-located with the Stonebriar Mall which was a welcomed feature. No parking issues and there were so many stores and restaurants in the location of the hotel. The Star was nearby so upscale shopping was available. Water was available in the lobby which was very nice as the tempature were high during our visit.

I had a wonderful staycation! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful, the accommodations were well maintained, and the overall experience was seamless from check-in to check-out.
I have no complaints at all—everything was nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape.

The location was perfect for the conference that I attended. I was greatly pleased with the cleanliness, the room size and the professionalism of the staff. There was very minimal noise especially at night, which helped me get well rested for the learning activities during the conference. Thank you for the superb service!
Friendly staff experience. Facility was modern and updated with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I enjoyed the attached mall and easy access to multiple locations to shop and eat while on my stay.
