Great hotel in excellent location. Near everything you could possibly need, including dining and shopping. Our suite was spacious and spotless. The property was beautiful upon entry and very clean in all areas. Staff was very friendly and always willing to assist with questions and such. We will definitely return and highly recommend Hyatt Regency, Frisco.

Good location, great service, clean rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms have additional sofa which can convert to (I think) a queen size bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Frisco, and I would especially like to recognize Ms. Selin at the front desk for her outstanding service.

From the moment we arrived, Ms. Selin welcomed us with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. She was extremely helpful, gentle, and attentive to our needs. She took the time to understand our preferences and arranged a room that was perfectly suitable for us, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free.

What truly stood out was her positive energy and kindness. She maintained a smiling face not only with us but with every customer she interacted with, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere in the lobby. Her professionalism combined with her caring nature reflects very well on the hotel.

Ms. Selin is truly an asset to Hyatt Regency Frisco, and her excellent customer service made our experience memorable. We sincerely appreciate her efforts and would be happy to stay here again.

Visiting family in Dallas for Christmas and decided to stay here between the two family's. It was a lovely hotel, very nice people at the desk, amazing access to the mall which was perfect for snagging a couple last minute gifts. Breakfast was good (we are Globalist so option for buffet or menu is appreciated). Snagged breakfast in the market for our daughter who also stayed (not Globalist) and worked the morning in her room . She said the food was very good. Easy parking, no fee. I would definitely stay here again.

Great! Quiet and high floor room. The bathroom is clean and bed is soft and comfort. I will come back for next time. Close to shopping mall.

GLADYS is a barista in the cafe and I am so highly impressed by her hard working go getting and so humble and kind nature. I absolutely adored waking up early and getting my coffee and pastries and greeted ever so kindly by Gladys. My families stay was that much better because of Gladys.

Joshua and Dimitri did a fantastic job taking care of our family of 5 - with 3 kids. Really attentive and delicious. We enjoyed dining in, the variety of the breakfast buffet.

We had an amazing experience at this Hyatt location during our stay in Frisco. What really stands out is our visit to the hotels downstairs Market where staff member Samantha showed such kindness and professionalism helping me and my wife with our purchase. She is an amazing soul and Hyatt is lucky to have her as a member. Thanks Sam!
