I read the reviews before booking this property and still decided to stay mainly because of its proximity to the Muay Thai gym I was going to. Unfortunately, I regret that decision.

I was mentally prepared for the remote location and the lack of nearby shops — that is not the reason for the poor experience. The real issues are cleanliness, soundproofing, and the endless extra charges this hotel seems to impose.

Cleanliness — There were hairs everywhere: in the bathroom and on the bed. I raised this with the deputy manager the next day. I understand that additional towels may come with a charge, and I was prepared to pay. However, I was told they might not even have enough towels to give me — even if I paid. After explaining, they eventually delivered two extra towels, but both were stained with blood. This was extremely disgusting. I immediately informed the deputy manager again, and he asked housekeeping to replace them.

Soundproofing — The walls are paper-thin. I could clearly hear my neighbour talking.

Location — About a 12-minute walk from Thong Lor BTS, which is acceptable. A motorcycle taxi costs 30 baht one way if you don’t want to walk. Thai restaurant Taling Pling is just a 2-minute walk away — this was the only thing I appreciated about the location.

Overall, this was a disappointing stay. The room is nicely designed, but that does not compensate for the basics being done poorly. Blackout curtains should be standard instead of roller blinds, and the so-called king bed feels like two twin beds pushed together. Frankly, it feels worse than an ibis — which is surprising for a hotel under the Accor group.

Excellent welcome from the moment I arrived. The person who greeted me was especially attentive and genuinely caring. All the staff were smiling, kind, and always willing to help. I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

Pear was the Barista at Boa Deli she was so lovely added a cute flower to my coffee x perfect experience! Every time we need anything they are there to help and assist with a smile on their face couldn’t recommend a better place to stay in bangkok

I had the most delicious Yuzu ice coffee made by Pear at the reception coffee shop. Great service from a lovely person!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and Bow, Pops, and Sak were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Atmosphere is very calm, good facilities everything is very clean. Pear Barist at the Bao Deli was very helpful and kind. Served great Ice Coffee and good selection.
Food/drink prices are on the expensive side for Thailand.

I would like to compliment Pear, the barista from BAO Deli Cafe located at the front lobby of HOMM, for her excellent customer service!

I had a wonderful stay at HOMM Hotel, and I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Sak and his amazing team, especially Olaf and Peemai.

During my stay, I unfortunately lost my purse with my wallet inside. Sak went above and beyond to help me—he was incredibly kind, calm, and proactive. He personally helped coordinate communication with the person who found my wallet and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. His support truly made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m deeply grateful.

Beyond that, the stay itself was excellent. I brought my mom on her first-ever trip to Bangkok, and HOMM Hotel made the experience very comfortable and memorable for her. The service was thoughtful, warm, and consistently attentive.

Thank you again to Sak, Olaf, Peemai, and the entire HOMM team for such outstanding hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
