Friendly staff, room and hotel very clean, I thought it was unique that the corridors were outside, facilities inside the room were very good. Comfy bed, I enjoyed my time here and slept well
Breakfast wasn't the best, but I think I went down too late so not much was fresh

The rooms were clean, well designed, had everything I needed. (I had a single room - small but nice big bed and space for everything)
The housekeeping staff were very efficient and friendly.
The location was great. Near metro and buzzy area with lots of food options and great convenience stores on its doorstep.
Right next to major road which is VERY noisy through night. The windows don’t seem to keep out the sound much.
The buffet breakfast is awful. Little choice. Unhelpful staff. Nothing fresh.
The reception staff said they couldn’t help with getting taxi to airport. I’m sorry but I feel this is something all hotels should be able to support with, not necessarily arrange, but at least guide…
Room and facilities were fine, I found the bed comfortable etc
Breakfast was very disappointing especially for the price. Service and availability of food depended on which staff member was working and overall it was not very appetising. Very little for vegetarians too.
Good location, close to subway, walking distance to restaurants, dotonburi.
A bit noisy, everynight firetruck siren would go off.
I think there's a fire station close by.
