Everything was clean and organized and looks just like the photos. Perfect walking for night life or food!

Excellent stay! Very clean apartment and safe building.

I have never had such an insulting travel experience. After checking in at Kasa, we were told to leave because they claimed Expedia hadn’t paid them. I spent 4 hours going back and forth between Kasa and Expedia, but in the end Kasa still kicked us out.

Expedia was very helpful and quickly found us another hotel at no extra cost, but the treatment from Kasa was unacceptable and unprofessional.

There was no on-site staff to assist us. I realized this is the difference compared to a hotel that offers true hospitality. The customer service was terrible and they didn’t know how to treat people.

Did not know what to expect upon arrival but was pleased to find our own little apartment in this very modern building … loved the kitchen and availability of the in unit laundry. Only complaint I could say is no hair dryer (4 girls) and one night there was an alarm prompting evacuation in the middle of the morning but all in all had a very enjoyable experience

I liked that the property was close to the sky walk. Areas that need improvement: rugs in both bathrooms, needed nonslip covers in both tubs, more towel rods or hooks in bathroom to hand robes and towels, both rooms need nightstands, and main living area needed a table.

Location was great. Apartment was dirty. There was a used contact in the sink a used fork on the bedroom floor. Long dark hair on the bathroom floor. The pull out bed had blood or something red splattered on the mattress. Game room was nice!

Trip was good, we just had to clean upon arriving.

It worked out great. Perfect spot to be my family staying at the Hilton. It was spacious safe and had everything I needed. Easy check-in and checkout

We called two weeks in advance to ask about checking in early since we were driving in from out of state and have a baby and a toddler. They told us that should not be an issue just to check in the app That we want to check in early. I checked early check in even though it said there was no guarantee. I called them after doing this to confirm, They said again, it should not be an issue. We called the day before, because, again, we were driving from out of state and they said that all was good, but when we called the day that we were supposed to check in at 12:30 asking if we could check-in early, they said that we could not. I was very frustrated and explained to them. That we had called week in advance and also days in advance that we had a baby and a small toddler.And we needed to check in early. Mind you, it was already 12:30 so at this point it was only a few hours before check in. The lady on the phone said she would expedite our room and make sure it was cleaned.And that we would be notified very soon so that we could check in. I had to drive around aimlessly on the freeway to allow my baby to take a nap.Since we had nowhere for her to sleep. I have traveled a lot in my life and I never have had any issue checking in early especially when it's only a few hours. We called at 3 because we never heard anything.she said it still wasnt ready. WHAT?! She said we could check in at 330. We did and the upon arrival the unit was still not ready. The rooms are not even closed off.

All the convinces of home, while being central to all activities.

We loved the location - we could walk to several places, including the civic center. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

Great access to Expo Center. Spacious, clean, extremely well organized. Would book again next year.

Overall it was perfect for our team. We were able to take the skywalk pretty much all the way to the event center. Could have been a little cleaner but overall great. We will stay here again next year!

Everything was great except this room is VERY close to the main entrance and the walls are VERY thin, making it a noisy stay. On top of that, someone started vacuuming the hallway outside at 7am.
