Pros:

Hotel un peu au centre de tout... à 8min motobike et 20 min en velo de la vieille ville et pareil pour la plage. Possibilité d'avoir un velo gratuitement.
Il se trouve dans une rue avec pas mal de commerces (supermarché, banque, ect.. à 2min à pied). Il est propre, le personnel est vraiment top.

Probleme d'humidité et de pression d'eau dans la salle de bain

Location is great. Not that far from old town. There’s a great restaurant across the street. Great cafe at the corner. There’s a gym 2 blocks away. Breakfast was good. They have different options. The staff were sweet and helpful

Cons:

You can hear a little bit the noise coming from the street. Not a big deal.

Amazing location with lovely cafes and restaurants around the hotel, and only a 15min walk into the old town. Staff were lovely and on hand to help at all times.

Unforgettable stay and hospitality
Pros:

Everything was better than even expected! Above all, the receptionist girl, Ms Thao!!! An amazing personality, fluent English speaker, always smiley and helpful 😀 she could have been the ambassador of Vietnamese hospitality!
Breakfast was tasty (taste the Hoi An noodles).
A bike was offered for free (very useful for visiting the old city and the beaches)

Это самый потрясающий отель в котором мне доводилось останавливаться за всю мою историю путешествий(а их было не мало) такое трепетное отношение персонала к своим гостям я встретила впервые. Чистота, юут, забота - вот что вы получите если выберите именно этот отель в Хойане. Шикарные завтраки, чистейший бассейн... Хозяева следят за каждым уголочком своего отеля. Благодарю владельцев за столь трепетное отношение к своим гостям. Вы невероятные ❤️ + бонус - всего минут 10-15 пешком до старого города, это очень удобно!

Warm, welcoming and absoblutely awesome.
Pros:

I liked the location. I liked the welcoming and friendly vibes of the receptionist. Assisting me any cultural event or shopping I wanted to inquire about.

Amazing value for money!
Pros:

This hotel was more than awesome! It has everything you need: nice, clean rooms, delicious breakfast (Pho was our favorite), pleasent pool, free bikes.

An absolutely charming host, so helpful and attent to our needs (eg. she offered us umbrellas on a rainy day and raincoats when we went cycling). She helped us to organize a driver to My Son, as well as recommended restaurants and attractions around the city. Also, very responsive on WhatsApp when needed to discuss anything when not in the hotel.

We planned to stay 2 nights, extended to 3 nights as it was so perfect.

100% recommended!

Amazing stay, great location and thank you Miss Ý!
Pros:

It was honestly such a lovely stay! Great clean room, brekkie was delicious and the location was perfect since it’s near both the old town and the beach!
On a special note we can say Miss Ý was absolutely amazing, she helped us book all the best events and trips and was so kind. Def appreciated how she made us feel welcomed and pampered! Thank you Ý!
