Tru By Hilton Milwaukee Downtown, WI

My first stay at a Tru by Hilton and now I get the idea. Nondescript but everything is new, spotless and functional. The breakfast, too, was free and better than I expected. It was a great location just outside of downtown Milwaukee so very walkable to many attractions

We were visiting Milwaukee for a wedding and needed a hotel in close proximity. This place worked perfectly. The rooms were modern and clean, the area felt safe and the included breakfast provided a nice start to our days. And walking distance to The Third Ward: Dinner plans made easy

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this one catches my eye for the value. New room, free breakfast, walkable location and a fitness center that actually has decent equipment. That’s tough to come by at this price point

I booked this hotel for a concert weekend, and the close distance to Fiserv Forum was excellent. Their living room was a short walk to the venue and quiet and comfortable when we returned. The breakfast the next morning was served hot & included in the rate

Was needed something near the convention center that offered good value and this checked every box. The room was clean, breakfast was included, and the walk to my conference about 10 minutes. The newer construction means the hotel lacks that “tired” feel you find at some hotels.

I had been skeptical about a newer Hilton brand, but I have changed my mind after this property. The room featured a new modern design, and the fitness center surpassed what most budget hotels offer. The location, near the Third Ward for walking exploration, was a big plus. Breakfast was included and surprisingly good.

Came in with a few coworkers and we were all pleased with our decision. The hotel is clearly newer construction, and it shows in everything from the lobby to the rooms. Short walking distance to restaurants and bars in the Third Ward made for easy evenings.

I was looking for something economical downtown, but came across this hotel and it surpassed my expectations. Room clean and modern (I have been in the two waters, new) and bed comfortable most importantly you wake up to breakfast inclusive legitimately good

Drove up for a work meeting and picked this hotel because of the proximity to convention center. The room was modern and quiet so I slept well. Breakfast in the morning was included and hot. It also had a fitness center, which was an added bonus I utilized before my meeting. Good option for business trip
