Andrew Heding made our stay at Tru by Hilton an even better stay.
Pros:

The room was a typical Hilton quality, the reason we stay at any Hilton is we know it will be clean and offer us a good room.. However, our stay at the Tru by Hilton Milwaukee Downtime had an unexpected atmosphere. Andrew Heding was working the night we arrived.. He gave us exceptional customer service with kindness and understanding.

Not a restful night at all.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. The AC/Heat made a horrible noise and every time the fan turned on and woke us up!

Cons:

La prima camera che ci è stata data aveva ancora il letto da fare. Ci è stata cambiata la camera con una sporca e piena di capelli/peli ovunque(bagno e letto).

Overall good stay.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and modern and the breakfast was decent. The outdoor firepit was a nice touch. The ground level lounge area was nice too.
We did find the rooms to be on the dark side. More lighting is needed.
Martin at the front desk was professional and helpful.

Pros:

Aireyanna was the front desk person. I have to give her a 5 star review. Her customer service was impeccable!!! I will go back and refer the hotel to friends.

It was a nice and peaceful stay . The shower could have been a litt more cleaner
