Not clean bedsheets, pillows and towels

Unwashed sheets & towels. Poor attitude from staff. Dirty bathrooms. Run down and over-priced.

Location was good
On the way from Railway station I tried calling them for location, but I didn't get reply. Reception was not good. They told me that, you booked Non Ac rooms so we can't provide you Ac added such a rough tone that you can go to other rooms instead of a hospitality or a politeness.. if my booking was non-ac rooms they can upgrade it by extra cost. I agreed that, we will vacate rooms at 7:30am, even though he was calling me 7:16am and reminded to vacate rooms and the funny thing was there were no guests in other rooms. Totally we were disappointed!!!

The sign said OYO property but that was not the case; dirty sheets with hair, no soap, towels or other amenities, this is supposed to be an AC room but the employees turned it off at 5 AM and refused to turn it on after that, terrible place and double the money for what was provided.
