Sonder at SECOND & SECOND

It was like our own tiny apartment. So nice and accommodating!

I was hesitant for the price and the OUTSTANDING reviews but really, THEY'RE TRUE. I'm not lying or being paid to say this. The apartment was much bigger than I was expecting, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were huge and stocked, the equipment provided worked very well, and the TV was giant and allowed us to use chromecast or a HDMI cable for movie nights. The location wasn't too bad either!

Only thing I wish is that there was the same bedding as the normal beds for the sofa bed!

My stay was my first experience with Sonder. Its off the street in a residential building, very quiet and easy digital key is perfect! No lost cards! I loved the lobby too, beautiful modern fire place is a very nice touch. The room was more than i expected, a one bed apt with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, nice modern rectangle high granite kitchen table. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the barh tub and the walk in closet! The area was perfect for strolling around and finding good food, treasures and cant firget the coffee shops m. My first stay in Minneapolis and Sonder hotel was such a lovely time The staff were always alable via chat. I really like this kind of system, it was very stress free. I will definitely stay with them again

Nice little condo. Perfect for what we needed

Despite it being difficult to get into the building, it was very well maintained. Staff were responsive and quick to address an issue we had (which was due to our mistake). It was an overall positive and easy going experience. Other tenants were extremely friendly. We loved the amenities (kitchen and laundry in our room). Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed staying in a 1 bedroom condo and having a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable and condo was very clean. Area was safe and quiet. Area was very walkable and lots of activities nearby. I was there for a performance at the Luminary Arts Center and it was an easy walk to get to the theater. Simple code access entry (no keys needed) and great communication with office.

The property was as advertised. It was wonderful to have 2 bedrooms along with 2 bathrooms. Clean and quiet! The only downfall is the parking. It is very expensive.

Overall, my stay at Sonder at Second and Second was very enjoyable. The hotel delivers a high level of comfort that makes it a great choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and pleasant hotel experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to Target Center. It’s a great base for exploring the area and there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

You are staying in an apartment building with no front desk. MUST read all the emails that come to you. check in on-line, take a photo of your drivers licence, wait for their "approval" before you get codes to get in building. Even then, there are 3 keypads to choose from, the building is not as pictures in expedia, so "Sonder" sign on building, google maps takes you to a different corner, so we had no idea where to go. Overall, check in was traumatic. I called to ask for human help, and Jack, who is a Sonder rep onsite, did help us get in and get early check in. After that, it was a nice stay in a well equiped apartment in a good location.

Perfect spot for a getaway in the North Loop. Spacious and comfortable. Only critique is the shower had terrible water pressure. Otherwise, 10/10 experience.

The place is great area is a little awkward and parking is expensive. Other than that it’s great

Wonderful all around

Excellent location for one week vacation in Twin Cities

Nice large and airy space.

We asked for a king bed, and when we didn’t get one, we asked why and they said it was not guaranteed. There were some garbage on the floor in the bathroom. The TV was unplugged and very hard to use. We were there for two nights and they only offered two caffeinated coffees and two sugars for two of us. Randomly, they had salt and pepper in little to go bags. Overall, it just looked like it was owned by someone that didn’t care about their property, and was just looking to deposit a check. We would never stay there again.

Very clean and beautiful place! Only downside was I found the instructions on how to get in/where to park were confusing at first.

An exceptional property that exceeded my expectations! I will seek out Sonder for my next stay.

The space was great! It's nice to have a full apartment when traveling instead of a small hotel room. The room was clean, and the building was quiet. Great fitness center and a nice lobby too. 5 Star experience.
