Warm welcome great value & location
Pros:

Great staff who are all very welcoming and professional. There’s a great selection at breakfast which is on the top floor with wonderful views across to the fairy chimneys.

Pros:

Amazing stay, very friendly and professional staff, delicious breakfast, and a beautiful terrace where you can watch the balloons. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Cons:

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. But it would be nice to have easier access to drinking water at all times instead of asking the receptionist each time. Also, the restaurant music was always Vivaldi — perhaps adding a greater variety of music could make the atmosphere even more enjoyable. :))))

Very nice place.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and I love that it has open air windows. Good breakfasts as well.

Cons:

There was a leak with water dripping in one spot but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Probably just some maintenance that has come up.

La struttura, la posizione, l'atmosfera raffinata, lo staff superbo, tutto organizzato per rendere il tuo soggiorno semplice e piacevole. La cortesia dello staff sempre sorridente e professionale. La camera bella, pulita e ben curato l'arredamento. Questo anno non sono riuscito a volare in mongolfiera per via del tempo ostile, ma ci sarò di sicuro il prossimo anno e saprò già in anticipo dove soggiornare.
