Wonderful experience in Kapadocia and Balloon cave hotel
Pros:

We been to Gerome for my twin boys birthday last week, and stayed in Balloon cave hotel. We checked very late night due to late flight from Istanbul, however we had reception open and waiting for us and had a warm welcome from Kadir with a hot tea on a cold night. Room was cozy and comfortable with jetted tube bath and very spacious. We had a surprise flower arrangement in the room for my boys birthday and Kadir was very good, friendly and he helped us to get the Hot air balloon tickets. As the balloon flights are getting cancelled the previous week, he suggested to take the one available the next day and booked without getting the money, and I paid him the next day . I would recommended Balloon cave hotel for any new comers to Kapadocia.

Cons:

Don't book the atv ride with them. Apart from that everything else was perfect. Really good value for money. But the atv ride that we booked through them was below average.

Personale accogliente e sempre disponibile ad aiutarti. Posizione eccellente: zona tranquilla vicino al centro di Goreme. Ottima la terrazza dove si può ammirare il paesaggio e dove viene effettuata la colazione. Camera pulita.

周围有很多餐馆可以吃饭，基本走路可以到达，很方便，酒店早餐算是好吃的白人饭，老板也很热情

Los mejores anfitriones del mundo
Pros:

Todo, es un muy buen lugar para hospedarse. Está ubicado muy cerca de las calles principales, sin sentirse movimiento de turistas. Pudimos ir caminando al museo al aire libre.
El personal super atento y amable, todos muy serviciales y dispuestos a ayudarte, es evidente la organización y la comunicación entre ellos para prestarte el servicio de la mejor manera.
Te ayudan a organizar tours y transporte al aeropuerto.
Volvería sin dudas.

Great location. Great hotel!
Pros:

Very welcoming and hospitable. Always ready to help us. Gave good advice and also offered us drinks on arrival. Upgraded one room. The restaurant was lovely. The meals were filling. They also offered us umbrellas when it started raining. Very conveniently situated.

Es un hotel maravilloso, cuenta con todo para tener una experiencia excepcional, el personal del hotel muy amables y atentos, el desayuno una maravilla, todas las instalaciones cumplen al 100% muy centrico, puedes salir a caminar sin problemas, todo muy cercano ( farmacias, supermercado, restaurantes, etc.)
