Un lugar excelente con una atención excepcional.
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la atención del personal y el desayuno buffet fueron excepcionales.

Cons:

La ubicación está detrás de la avenida principal, pero está a 5 minutos y realmente es muy tranquilo aunque esté un poco alejado.

Hôtel sympathique proche de la ville, le personnel est très gentil et à pu nous obtenir des places pour un vol en montgolfière avec un prix raisonnable, les chambres ont une décoration un peu ancienne mais reste confortable, le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, petit piscine au niveau du rooftop qui fait du bien après une bonne journée même si un peu froide.

Pros:

Personale super gentile, disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Ho adorato la gentilezza ed apprezzato molto che offrivano sempre l'acqua gratuitamente, cosa non scontata. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro "cittadino". Unica pecca colazione dolce poco vasta cosa comune in Turchia però.

Cons:

Non ho preferito le scale a chiocciola della camera per accedere al bagno, un po' pericolose e l'affaccio su strada

El personal es muy amable y servicial. El día del checkout nos dejaron disfrutar de la piscina hasta la hora del vuelo por la tarde.
Las vistas al amanecer desde la azotea con todos los globos son espectaculares. La piscina es pequeña, pero refrescante y necesaria si vas en verano. Te proporcionan toallas para la piscina.

Cons:

La única pega es que nuestra habitación estaba oscura, poco iluminada y olía a humedad. No tenía ninguna ventana.
Desayuno turco. Poca opción más europea.

They looked after us, booked us balloons, kept the room clean and in general it was awesome

Nice little hotel, staff super responsive

Cons:

The room got smelly a couple of times, I think givi given the build it’s a plumbing issue with keeping water in the traps, use the bathrooms and it’s not a problem (we only noticed it on night 1 but I know it has been mentioned in other comments, it’s really not a thing)

Hotel perfetto per ammirare le mongolfiere in volo dalla splendida terrazza dove viene servita anche la colazione e dove c'è una piccola piscina ottima per rinfrescarsi nelle ore più calde. Personale di una gentilezza unica. Colazione turca molto varia ma improntata prevalentemente al salato

Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé, à 5 min à pieds du centre de Goreme. Le personnel aux petits soins. La chambre spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est petite mais suffisante.

Cons:

Pas de choix pour les boissons chaudes au petit déjeuner. Uniquement du thé turc ou café et du lait froid.
