Sehr gute Lage, hatten einen Mietwagen aber in Görem selber kann man alles zu Fuß machen. Und das Personal ist erstklassig! Super nett, unfassbar hilfsbereit, wir waren sehr happy, auch wenn wir trotz 5 Tagen Aufenthalt die Ballone wetterbedingt nie gesehen haben.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
They made our experience truly seamless by easily booking activities for us and offering helpful guidance throughout our stay, which made it so much easier to explore the area and enjoy everything the destination had to offer.
The amenities were excellent, well-maintained, and added great comfort to our stay. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and we felt genuinely well looked after from start to finish. We would happily return again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
Well maintained. Great breakfast selection (the yogurt items were 👌💣) Huge rooms for its price. Staff were extra helpful and knowledgeable. Good view of Goreme.

Great staff who are all very welcoming and professional. There’s a great selection at breakfast which is on the top floor with wonderful views across to the fairy chimneys.
Amazing stay, very friendly and professional staff, delicious breakfast, and a beautiful terrace where you can watch the balloons. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. But it would be nice to have easier access to drinking water at all times instead of asking the receptionist each time. Also, the restaurant music was always Vivaldi — perhaps adding a greater variety of music could make the atmosphere even more enjoyable. :))))

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and I love that it has open air windows. Good breakfasts as well.
There was a leak with water dripping in one spot but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Probably just some maintenance that has come up.
