You get what you pay for
Pros:

There was hot water!!! I mean, it was leaking from the water heater into a bucket and you can mix the boiling hot water with the cold water and take a very pleasant bucket shower. It's rare to find hot water in this type of hotel. The room was spacious. You can get some nice soto literally a minute drive down the street. There's a little convenience store up the street. It's a very OK stay for the price you're paying. And you definitely need a motorbike or a car if you choose to stay here, otherwise getting transportation would be a challenge.

Cons:

The wasteful attitude to resources. I mean, you have hot water leaking all day long. It wastes water and power and it creates extra humidity. At least unplug the water heater when not in use or, better yet, fix the shower! We have only one planet.
