Great staff, fun atmosphere, Will stay again!
Pros:

The guest services/customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced. We stayed two nights and all staff were genuinely kind and super helpful. We also enjoyed the fresh cookies and water in the lobby.

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like is the shower had a large crack in the flooring which made me feel like it was cheaply made and one of the elevators did not work. Also wasn’t crazy about the coffee not being available in the room.

Breakfast gentleman was so nice, friendly and accommodating. He didn't appear to be bother by showing us how the pancake machine worked. Ensuring everyone has enough before he pulled the food. The afternoon front desk young lady was nice as well

Great! Will stay again
Pros:

Very clean. Staff was amazing! We arrived later than we wanted too and we were very tired. Taylor was super friendly and got us checked in the quickest I have ever been checked in at a hotel. That was super impressive and we appreciated it!

Pros:

Arrived for NASCAR weekend. Receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful. Great first impressions and very welcoming.. Will be staying here again for the next one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always asking if we needed anything.
Pros:

It was convenient to where we needed to go, I liked the games in the main area. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Rooms were pretty small for the price, floors in our room were very dirty and made all of our feet black and sticky, there was just a small hook to hang all of our clothes.
