Lots of good reasons to book, and only a few minor niggles about information.
Pros:

The apartment is just outside of the central nightlife areas, but not troubled by noise. A relatively easy and short walk into the centre. The apartment is very roomy, with dishwasher & washing machine (with 1 capsule for each) should you need them (we didn't). We were missing a wine glass on arrival, which was provided the following morning.

Cons:

If you book here (& why wouldn't you - it's great), be aware that it's in a normal apartment block, so look for the street number (25) rather than a sign. There's a coffee machine, but no pods are provided - it's a Dolce Gusto model, so bring your own or buy locally if you want to use it. The info says the Netflix is available. It wasn't for us, and they were unable to resolve it while we were there (but we weren't there to watch TV, so no real problem). Finally, if you are in 008 be aware that it is actually BEFORE 001.
