Excellent location, lacks a bit at the amenities.
Pros:

The location was very central, everything was reachable within walking distance. The place was spacious with a nice patio! Great dining space inside and out with utilities such as stove or microwave. Good wifi connection.

Cons:

The room smelled like cholrine upon entering, was hard to get rid of the smell on the first day. Missing hygenic disposables such as more handsoap, paper towels, quickly ran out of shower gel. Both the bed and the sofa felt overused and at times uncomfortable.

Very nice location. Easy access and instant communication with the host for every matter that came up. Open air balcony.

Not very clean balcony and generally there was dust in many furniture of the apartment.

Pros:

La ubicación, la facilidad del check-in, limpieza, temperatura, las camas, la ropa de cama, la terraza, no ha habido mucho ruido y eso que el apartamento estáen pleno cogollo de los ruin bar... pero sobre todo la ubicación. Muy agradable

Cons:

Vajilla muy, muy justa. Lo justo para desayunar, si se quiere comer o cenar... no hay ni tan siquiera una fuente para poner una ensalada. Si son 4 personas habrá 4 platos, 4 tenedores, 4 vasos... hemos echado en falta una bayeta para limpiar la mesa después de usarla. Hay lavavajillas, pero solo una pastilla por lo que cada vez que se usa la vajilla, hay que fregarla.
Y justo también de papel de váter, o se compra allí o se lleva de cada.

В целом - не плохо. Расположение хорошее, чисто.
Pros:

Расположение, было чисто, кухонная зона хорошо оборудована

Cons:

Софа не убодная для сна - на нее нужно, как минимум, положить матрас.
