Pros:

Ein wirklich schönes und sauberes Apartment. Wir hatten dazu einen kleinen Vorgarten, was den Kindern sehr gefiel.
Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war super.
Gerne werden wir wieder kommen.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip, mit Garage für das Auto
Pros:

Unterkunft war für einen Städtetrip ausreichend, eigentlich für uns perfekt. In der Nähe (ca. 5 Min.) gab es einen Spar dort wurde das Frühstück besorgt. Die Räumlichkeiten waren für uns groß genug, eigentlich sehr geräumig. Da wir nur zum Schlafen und zum Frühstücken in der Wohnung waren, absolut perfekt. Das Bad hatte keine Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne, was aber auch kein wirkliches Probleme darstellte, dafür einen sehr guter Wasserstrahl (ist auch nicht immer selbstverständlich). Würde die Wohnung wieder buchen. Da wir alles zu Fuß erkundeten, kann ich über Bus/Straßenbahn/U-Bahn nichts sagen. Von der Unterkunft an die Donau brauchten wir ca.20-25 Minuten. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail hat auch sehr gut geklappt das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei unserer Anfrage sofort geholfen. Perfekt ist auch die Garage, ein sehr guter Autoabstellplatz in der Anlage.

Cons:

Wir waren drei Nächte in der Anlage und hatten nur ein Geschirrspülertab, das reicht nicht wirklich. War für uns egal, da die paar Sachen gleich per Hand abgewaschen waren (eventuell selber Tabs mitbringen). Für alle Kaffeetrinker, es ist eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, aber keine für Nespresso Kapseln. Es waren größere (3Stk. waren vorhanden) Kapsel die ich nicht gekannt habe.

Très bien!
Pros:

Tout était nickel. C'est neuf, propre, très bien équipé que ce soit dans la cuisine, que la SDB. Il y a une machine à laver et une dose de lessive prête à l'emploi 😍 la literie est hyper confortable. Il y a même un grand dressing. Bâtiment récent et sécurisé. Bref, repos assuré 🙂

Cons:

Il y a eu un problème technique pour avoir Netflix mais ce sera temporaire je pense.

La ubicación, la limpieza y la amabilidad y facilidad de comunicación con el personal.

Cons:

La cocina en general se podría mejorar (menaje, aparatos que no funcionan) y el sofá cama era incómodo. Como sugerencia, sería genial si tuviera persianas o cortinas opacas mas grandes que cubrieran toda la ventana.

Bogaras volt a kanapé, ezért visszakértük az árat, és 1 órán belül kénytelenek voltunk új szálláshelyet keresni. Rossz szag volt, ahogy beléptünk, de több dologba is bőven berle tudnék kötni.

Cleanliness, location, the staff was very kind. Nice, spacious and simple apartment design.

Cons:

The sofa bed was awful and was broken. The terrace door in the living room, where the sofa bed is located, was broken, could not be closed properly, letting the street noise in and the air conditioning out. I couldn't sleep without earplugs. I called the reception to fix the door; they sent someone, but I was told that they had to call a specialized company. The receptionist and the handyman were very kind, but nothing happened during the whole week and I wasn't informed about the status. As far as I understood from their phone conversation between them, the management has to approve the costs of fixing the door. Seems to me it wasn't.

Lokacija ir laba un es pieņemu, ka ja viss ir labi, klients pat nesāktu pievērst uzmanību sīkumiem. Bet tā, kā mūsu komunikācija izvērtās negatīva, uzskaitīšu visus trūkumus, kas varētu noderēt nākošajam klientam.

Cons:

Pirmkārt jau komunikācija. Ja neko nevajag, viss ir labi, iečekoties var bezkontakta, bet ja ir jārisina kāds jautājums tad sākas haoss. Rakstu booking, man atbild e-pastā, whats app ir virtuālais asistents, uz kura atbildēm jāgaida.
Otrkart- nekāda gaisa kondicioniera nav, ir apkures/ ventilācijas sistēma, kas izpildot uz sienas esošo instrukciju tik un tā nestrādā, kā bija +26,4, tā bija.
Treškārt- matu fēns ir butaforija. Ieslēdzot sāka klabēt, grabēt un smirdēt. Nelietoju, baidījos kaut ko nodedzināt.
Ceturtkārt- man pēc apmeklējuma noņēma 43€ par It kā sabojātu tekstilu (sasmērēts palags), tai pat laikā ievācoties numuriņā manam bērnam pie gultas veļas bija piekaltis medicīnas atkritums, lietots plāksteris ar kaut kādu dzeltenu vielu. Cerams pa manu naudu vismaz nākošais klients saņems tīru gultas veļu!
Laikam “jaukais skats”, tekošais kafijas aparāts, pudeļu plaukts ledusskapī, kurā ievietojot pudeli, durvis vairs nevar aiztaisīt, novecojis TV kurā nevar atvērt aplikāciju, un nodauzīta šķīvja maliņa, tādi sīkumi uz kopējā fona.

VERY HOT ROOM, NO AC.
