The hotel is clean and spotless in the room and corridor. It is nice to have a balcony. The kettle and kitchen equipment all as is necessary.
The receptionist was helpful and efficient.
The hotel potel was empty with it being cleaned and prepared, it seems to be a late season start. though the main beach walk and old town was busy and lively- with so many enormous all-incl hotels around, not surprising.

This hotel by the looks is a family run hotel they were very friendly and the location was lovely and quiet. Facilities were great for self-catering everything you need for what it is the price was brilliant and the hotel room was bigger than expected with a huge balcony and a lovely view to go with it
We were only sad to have to cut our stay short as we had a family emergency
But I would definitely recommend for people to stay here

Redelijk nette appartementen, staat van de kamers past bij de prijs. Dicht bij het strand en boulevard waar de prijzen onredelijk hoog zijn. Hotel naast het appartement speelt de hele dag zeer luide muziek van 11:00 tot 23:00 uur. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame mensen

Room was not cleaned until our 5th night (we had to ask for it be cleaned) had to ask for toilet roll , only had two towels. Had star bed sheets and flower pillows. Full kitchen with not a single utensil. Staff did not speak good english at all. Would only recommend if you are staying for one night.

Otel temiz gibi gözükse de temizliğe ve hijyene önem verilmemiş. Merkezi bir yerde sadece yatmak için kullanılabilir.Öyle bir otelin çarşafları mutfak eşyalarının daha temiz ve özenli olması gerekir.

Nobody from staff speaks English. We had lots of ants in our room, and because the receptionist told me other rooms didn't have this issue, I suggested for us to transfer to another room. Instead, they sent someone to put insect poison in our room, and he put the poison everywhere, including on our bags and our clothes. The room smelt like poison and we would breathe it. I immeditally contacted expedia support, cancelled this reservation, and left the hotel.
If only they listened to me, and immeditately provided me another room to transfer, my trip would have been better.

Maalesef odaya girince kirli bir tuvalet ile karşılaştık ve oda idrar kokuyordu. Çok rahatsız olduk.Yetkiliye söyledik ve odamızı değiştirdi.

Temizlik kötüydü. Havuz kötüydü. Yan otelin müzik çok fazla geliyor gece uyutmuyor. Çalışanlar ilgisizdi. Odada tuvalet kağıdı eksikti havlular kokuyordu yerler tozluydu. 3 gün sonra oda temizliği istedik ama sadece nevresim ve havlu değişti geri kalan her şey yerindeydi çöpler bile atılmamıştı.

Considering the price, it was really cheap, this is a lovely hotel. Good location, nice pool, communal areas immaculate. The only difficulty was not having English speaking staff. Although despite the language barrier they were very helpful.

Diesen Sommer haben wir uns entschieden, im Ün-Side Hotel Urlaub zu machen und es war die richtige Entscheidung. Das Hotel ist gemütlich, wunderbar im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, alles zum Leben ist da, wenn man etwas extra braucht, wird das Personal für sie besorgen. Das Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Fön, TV, Klimaanlage, Wasserkocher, alles ist in gutem Zustand. Das Personal und der Manager sind sehr nette und freundliche Menschen, die immer bereit sind, allem zu helfen. Das Hotel hat einen Swimmingpool und Strandliegen. Sie können auch abends an einem der Tische in der Nähe vom Pool sitzen. Verwechseln sie das All Inclusive und Appartement Hotel nicht! In diesem Hotel können sie über reception Speisen und Getränke für jeden Geschmack und Wunsch bestellen. Außerdem ist alles zu Fuß vom Hotel zu erreichen. Da es sich im Zentrum von Side befindet, das Meer ist in der Nähe, 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß, in der Nähe von Antique Side (ca. 20min. zu Fuß) Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und 3 Wochen Ruhe wurden bestens gelaunt und positiv verbracht. Es war schade, sich von allen zu verabschieden, aber es war leider Zeit, nach Hause zu fahren. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr mindestens einen Monat in diesem Hotel wohnen können! Wir möchten allen im Hotel für ihre endlose Gastfreundschaft und Fürsorge danken!
