The social areas were really nice and the beds were very comfortable
Ran out of pastries at breakfast time. Had to queue a good 10 minutes to get coffees. Had to ask staff to take used bowls away, which were on edge of table for about 30 minute

Quirky hotel, easy to find location, excellent breakfast the best I’ve had in a long time, plenty of choice, nice and hot and good quality, breakfast room itself nice and airy plenty of room.
Teaspoons at tea/coffee machine could be cleaner, not a major problem.

Shower was lovely but could do with re grouting. It was a little noisy being on the first floor at the front too but I had a good sleep. The lighting is a little dim for such a big room and the bedside lamps didn't work but it wasn't a major issue
The hotel is in a very convenient place in Coventry located near the main shopping centre and not far from main attractions such as the Transport museum , Coventry Cathedral or Guildhall. The hotel was well set out and clean . My room was also comfortable and spacious . The staff were also friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was nice - full English. However , there was not as much choice as I had expected . Not so much fruit and not big choice of cereals or pastries . Also some food items were displayed on really small plates and so when cleared by guests very quickly , staff had to be asked to top up items.
Super reworking of the 1950s telegraph offices into a wonderful retro hotel. A bit like stepping into the set of a Mad Men series.
