We visited the telegraph hotel recently for a friend's wedding. Started with a pre service drink in the downstairs bar (where I went as a youngster to place an advert! ). After the service we moved to the roof top terrace for Pimm's and canapes. The main meal was served in the wedding service room. Nice food. Later we left so it could be set up for the evening disco. After a lovely day there is only one criticism, it was always cold so we sat with jackets on. Aircon is good but it made everyone too cold so perhaps should have been turned off?

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the Lord Illife Suite for the night and we loved the overall design and space of the room as it felt as if we were staying in an apartment of our own! The welcome note and cakes were a lovely touch. Our room was spotlessly clean once again and had everything we needed. The hot tub was such a wonderful part of our stay it was unbelievably relaxing and so private. Our bed was absolutely huge and so comfortable!
We ordered breakfast to our room and was on time and absolutely delicious! A big thank you to the cleaning staff who brought up extra toiletries to our room within minutes.
Tv channels extremely limited so we couldn't really watch anything which was a shame. Also there was no windows that we could open so the room was super stuffy!
I just love this hotel, everything about it is luxurious.
Loved the addition of the roof bar. Bed is extra comfy and shower is wonderful.

Good location—close to the Cathedral, a large shopping center with a number of restaurants, and the Lady Godiva statue. Also, this hotel is within an easy driving distance (30-45 minutes) of Stratford-upon-Avon. The breakfast here could be improved—the coffee drinks are made by a machine that doesn’t seem to work properly—but less expensive and tastier breakfasts can be found nearby. Food and drinks in the hotel bar are quite good, though, and the servers/bartenders aim to keep guests happy! Finally, the hotel doesn’t have a car park—the nearest 24-hour parking is an 8-10 minute walk from the hotel.
