Really convenient for the theatre. Lovely comfy bed and super stylish building that has not lost the original charm of the Telegraph.
The styling of the hotel is great. It builds on its ex-Newspaper heritage and feels like being in 'Mad Men'. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and outfitted to a good quality. The staff were also happy and helpful. The bar is nice. I didn't use the restaurant but it looked good. Its right in the city so you can walk most places in the evening.
There is no parking. It wasn't a big issue to park in West Orchards opposite but its not the most convenient (and there's no easy drop off either). Also the buffet breakfast was good but didn't 'wow' me.

Very central, an interesting and quirky hotel - converted from the former Coventry Telegraph premises. Comfortable rooms/beds, food very good and staff really helpful and friendly.
The location is decent, close to a cheap and secure NCP car park and right opposite the theatre. Food was simple but really good. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was top notch, really impressed, really peaceful, just what we were seeking and will be sure to return,
Whilst it is well located, the actual area itself is a little bit ropey and we saw a number of people sadly begging, homeless etc. :(

It would have been nice to be able to open the window although the air conditioning was very efficient.

Het hotel ligt dicht bij de prachtige Coventry Cathedral. Telegraph hotel was vooral heel erg schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt was prima. Het ligt aan een drukke weg, maar door de goede isolatie merk je daar bijna niets van.
De kamer was erg warm. Gelukkig was er wel airco.
We hadden de kamer op het einde van een hele lange gang.
Sehr ausgefallenes Ambiente (ehemaliges Redaktionsgebäude einer Zeitung mit restaurierten Möbeln aus den 1960er Jahren).

For breakfast they have changed from individual pots of yoghurts to a dish of natural yoghurt with a dish of fruit that to add yourself. The problem was the fruit was frozen so inedible.
