Perfect location in central Coventry, and really unique with the history behind it. Great bar which is open pretty much 24/7 to residents, with pizza available too. A really classy place without being stuffy! Nice big rooms. Unfortunately I can't remember their names, but there was a Hungarian, plus a Portuguese member of staff, who went above and beyond in the bar when we came back really late.
The location, good sized room, great breakfast and friendly staff at check-in and when I checked out.
Excellent central location opposite theatre and within easy walking distance of sights - cathedral, transport museum, art gallery. Lage comfortable, stylish room. Friendly staff.

We arrived back to the hotel late at night and had difficulty getting back in as didn’t realise doors was locked after a certain time
Room size, good location, comfortable beds.
Extremely disappointing value for money. We originally booked a room for two with breakfast. To accommodate one additional guest, we were required to pay a costly room upgrade that was almost equivalent to booking another room with breakfast. On top of that, we were still charged separately for the third guest’s breakfast. The receptionist also seemed bothered by the request and was quite rude, which made the experience even more unpleasant. For a single-night stay, this made the booking unnecessarily expensive. The service was simply not good enough to justify these charges.

This is a great hotel, which has kept the history of the old Coventry Telegraph alive.
The decor makes you feel like it is still a working newspaper head quarters.
The rooms a spacious with some really nice modern fittings.
I wish I had discovered it earlier.
Nice centrally located hotel
Be very careful where you park overnight. I made the big mistake of parking in the multi story car park across the road in the Orchard SC which is actually locked up overnight. I couldn’t get my car out until 10.30am when they re opened

Beautifully renovated and maintained, the hotel showcases Coventry’s mid-century architectural history. The price including breakfast was unbelievably good value compared to what you would pay in other cities. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, the reception staff extremely helpful and the bar is a great environment to hang out. Can’t fault it.
Nothing! More great renovation projects like this in Coventry please.
