Pros:

Comfortable, extra large bed in deluxe room, nice design, clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced restaurant with tasty food, nice interior. Well organized spa area with a pool, two saunas and plenty of space to relax. All in all very happy with our choice.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, bei dem nichts wirklich fehlte.
Pros:

Lage mitten in der Stadt und Entgegenkommen, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer sowie die Gastronomie, Frühstück und Spa zeichnen für mich das Haus aus.

Cons:

Die Bodenbeläge sind in die Jahre gekommen und brauchten Tiefenreinigung oder Ersatz. Im Wellnessbereich gab es einst aromatisiertes frisches Wasser aus dem Spender, das war sehr aufmerksam. Aber es gibt weiter Tee, auch sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer wünschte ich mir eine Minibar oder einen kleinen Kühlschrank - das gibt es nicht in allen Zimmerkategorien.

Es war wie immer schön in der alten Heimat
Pros:

Wir waren schon öfter im Hotel Anklamer Hof und waren immer zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und schmackhaft. Die Auswahl war reichlich. Der Service dabei überzeugte.

Cons:

Ich hatte vorab - auf Anfrage - angegeben, zwischen 12.00 und 13.00 Uhr eintreffen zu wollen.
(Ab 14.00 Uhr wollte ich an einem Klaassentreffen teilnehmen.)
- Das blieb unkommentiert.
Als ich entsprechend vor 13.00 Uhr an der Rezeption erschien, erklärte mir die Mitarbeiterin, dass ich ab 15.00 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen könnte. "Ansonsten hätten Sie Bescheid sagen und mehr bezahlen müssen."
So musste ich das Treffen zwischenzeitlich verlassen um einzuchecken.

Aussergewöhnlich für 2-3 Tage zum Abschalten 😊
Pros:

Wow 🤩 Super freundliches Personal 🙋🏼‍♂️ Alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs 😁 Auch kleine Extras werden erfüllt, brauchten einmal Besteck auf dem Zimmer, kein Problem 😉. Frühstück SEHR lecker mit einer riesigen Auswahl. Waren Abends in Hotel essen, 3-Gang Menü, selten SO gut gegessen. Sehr schöner Saunabereich. Wurde auf Nachfrage früher eingeschaltet, Wetter war einfach nicht zum draußen aufhalten. Jeden Morgen schwimmen, Kraftraum inklusive. Das ganze Team im Anklamer Hof macht alles richtig und und hat sich seinen Award wirklich verdient 🙏👍Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ☺️

Für mich wichtig, ich konnte Problemlos das EAuto Laden, zentrale Lage, Super Frühstück. Sehr interessante Details aus der "Postzeit" erhalten. Großzügige Sauna.

Ein Haus in dem man sich wohlfühlen muss
Pros:

Ich bin mit dem Fahrrad angereist. Ein Bett & Bike Haus. Sehr gute sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Laden in der Fahrradgarage möglich. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und Top in der Ausstattung. Die Betten ein Traum mit echtem Schlaferlebnis. Das Restaurant im Haus empfehlenswert. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauna wunderbar in der Ausstattung. Großzügig mit 2 Saunen und angenehmen Ruheräumen. Das Schwimmbad auch super in der Ausstattung. Ein Haus, in dem man sich wohlfühlen muss.
