Location is good. Price is fair. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was not fully cleaned (no hoover done on the floor below the bed (see picture) and we did book a bigger room with booking that we have not really received with our son... he slept between us...

Einen Aufschlag von € 25 um zwei Stunden vor dem angedachten Check-in in das bereits fertige Zimmer zu dürfen ist eine Unverschämtheit! Das ist Abzocke, habe so etwas noch nie erlebt!

Lage der Zimmer, Ausstattung sehr gut

Cons:

In einem Zimmer ließ sich die zu kalte Klimaanlage nicht einstellen. Das Personal versuchte zu helfen, sagte aber danach, es sei ein Defekt, der erst nach unserer Abreise angeschaut werden könne.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Great location. It is close to S Bahn, U Bahn and buses. Comfortable, quiet room. Staff was very friendly. Receptionist who checked me in was professional and very helpful. Thank you.
