To begin with I would like to tell the guys Ulvi, Arif and Maxsoon big thank you for being very attentive to our needs and super helpful on anything we asked them for. Starting from booking taxis and excursions finishing with giving us directions and valuable tips what to see and where to go.
Secondly, the location is brilliant - very close to tram which can take you anywhere such as Karakoy or Sultan Ahmed Mosque and even directly to a boat which can take you to Uskudar. It is also very close (6 min walk) to the heart of Istanbul - Galata tower and the seaside (15 min walk).
I would be definitely back when the restrictions are lifted to enjoy another side of not so quite Istanbul but definitely staying in Galata Port flat company.
The hotel exceed my expectations and the location is perfect for shopping. Location was very convenient to different shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The whole team at the hotel was exceptional and gave us an upgrade for our hotel room. Special thanks to Ulvi for his hospitality and his amazing free Turkish coffee. Special thanks to Maksun and Arif for making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely remember our stay.see you soon.
We already came one time in this hotel in the Executive Suite and it was a great experience: place is well located and very stylish & clean.Look like home. We were planning to come again some months ago but we experienced a bad last minute cancellation... As our first stay was really good, we decided to give another chance to this hotel and we enjoyed a lot. Our Suite get upgraded from Executive to Superior for free and our stay was incredible. With the current pandemic, hotel is offering to be Covid-19 tested directly in the room by a doctor that is coming on purpose, it is quite useful in those times. We stayed in the terrace suite in our previous reservation.The view of the Bosphorus and the Galata tower was adorable.Large balcony and swing chair set, barbecue, hookah...there was everything you were looking for.Very nice Location, based in heard of Istanbul City. All shops, bars and restaurants are 2 minutes by feed. Metro Station ŞİŞHANE is 5 minutes away.Tram Station TOPHANE is 1 minutes away. So you can save lot of time and enjoy your trip, because everything is near and closed.and stuff is helpfull and lovely.thanks
