Hotel Grazia alla Scannella

Very nice hotel and location. Great staff. Fitness machines need to be upgraded or otherwise fixed. Restuarant choices at the hotel were not our preference due to a lack of atmosphere. Shuttle is a good but could have more return options from Forio at night.

Staff is excellent. Shuttle service is free and will take you to surrounding areas and they will arrange to pick you up. Really convenient. Breakfast is included, and the multiple restaurants in the hotel are excellent. Pool and view from rooms..incredible. Rooms are clean.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful hotel situated high above the sea. The pool area is so beautiful.
Our balcony room faced a beautiful sunset each night.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. The front desk went out of their way to help us with shuttles, ferries and all are needs.
We enjoyed the lovely breakfast and the fabulous restaurants. The bar area is lovely and the drinks and music so nice each evening. There is a beautiful spa. We absolutely loved our stay here. Defiantly would go back!

Beautiful views, excellent food and wonderful staff and good facilities (although dated). The problem is the location, without some sort of transportation, its very difficult to see the island, and taxis are quite pricey. That being said, the hotel does offer an hourly shuttle to forio port and citara beach.

Ein etwas in Jahre gekommenes, aber sehr, sehr schönes 4-Sterne mit Super-Mitarbeitern, Super-Service, Super-Essen (sehr zu empfehlen die Essensabende), Spa, Pool und einer der besten Lagen von der Sicht her etc auf Ischia! Sehr zu empfehlen und Geheimmtipp gleichzeitig!

Beautiful property and amazing services.

I love this hotel. I really do. But we decided not to stay longer for various reason. We stayed here last year but I do think they need some improvements. This “seems” high end but I don’t feel like they treat us like it’s high end. There’s no complimentary drinks, water, nothing upon arrival. I find it so odd to have a fancy pool and spa but no free drinks upon arrival. Not one bottle of water. They gave us 15 euros off a spa treatment but that’s merely a coupon. We stayed in Rome and they offer a fully stocked fridge, waters, it was a simple place but I felt welcomed. I think that Hotel Grazia needs to offer more and people will spend more. Not once at the pool does the bar staff come to help with umbrellas (they are so difficult to open and some guests are older) and no waiters ever came to ask me for a drink order. We had to walk about to the bar which is far to get a drink. I do love this hotel but they need some improvement on staff. At breakfast they don’t ask me my drink right away, I always have to wait a while for someone to take my order and they never take plates away. There are bees swarming the plates. I go there for the pool. If it wasn’t for the big pool I definitely would not stay here. I also thought it was odd to say not take any food from breakfast for “security and safety” reasons. It just felt like everything was controlled. Or they were making cuts.

Great stay ! Very friendly staff! Convenient location

Absolutely fantastic apartment and Francesco was amazing. The nicest, most helpful man. He even carried our very heavy suitcase to the apartment. I definitely recommend this place.

The apartment has everything you need for a stay and is very well situated in Naples.

Few tips; there are stairs to the apartment. This isn’t for you if you have mobility issues. And car parking in Naples is horrendous. We parked at the port which is €35 for 24 hours. We paid €30 overnight. This is quite cheap and close to the apartment.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, loved all the staff and great food. Very beautiful location!

Utrolig flott hotell, med gode fasiliteter og en fantastisk utsikt mot vest. Likevel er det aller beste med hotellet deres ansatte, de har gjennom hele oppholdet vært utrolig hyggelige og profesjonelle, og løst alle utfordringer med et smil om munnen.

Bon esmorzar, bona vista, transport gratuït a Forio. Amabilitat. Vam arribar tard, ens van preparar sopar, molt.bo, però al moment de fer el check-out ens van adonar que les begudes no wstaven incloses, no ens ho havien informat. Tot i això, una estada molt bona.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! best food, best views, best service!!!! they even have shuttles. It is the best hotel I've stayed at in Ischia.
