I requested for toiletries on arrival. I woke about 5:00 AM
and made the same request again because my fight was 9:00AM. The receptionist and the front desk said they were getting it. I walked up to them at 5:30 AM. They said the same thing and continued to play with their phone.
I had to depart from the hotel without showering.
I felt cheated and completely ridiculed. Their service is really poor and appalling. The lady and the man on the front desk plus the housekeeper on the 20th morning need orientation.

Roaches in the room, blocked showered drain, intercom/phone wasn't working. I told the receptionist, they brought a Raid Spray from under the desk. They fixed the drain but after I brought it up with the booking company they said there wasn't an issue with the room. I left the same day.
The experience was good, neat, though the rooms are smaller than i though but not bad. I was disappointed with the food though, it seemed that it has stayed long time in the fridge. Every other things i give a good grade.

It was a nice check in but the room was of a lesser quality. The side light was damaged, beddings were dirty and the wall where the ac is located was not looking good. However, i called to ask for a change of room the next day and my request was granted.

The carpeting in the hallway was unsafe. I tripped and fell and suffered damage to my face, my head and knees. There’s a rise in the carpet, very uneven. Anyone can trip and fall
I didn’t like the fact that I fell and re injured my broken wrist. I also suffered injuries to my head, nose and knees. The runway in the hallway leading to the rooms is uneven. It has almost like a semi raised stair but it’s covered in carpet. I can see someone stumping their feet and toppling over like I did.
Menu in the lounge did not represent what was actually available to eat
The property was beautiful there was alot of lounge spaces for you comfort with out leaving the hotel ...the only thing was needed was proper towels hand towels face towels bath towels I asked and was provided bath mat couldnt wash up with that .

Check in was longer than expected nd unpleasant. It was difficult for them to find my booking since I booked nd paid for it at hotels.com. They had to call someone to confirm it. The hotel needs extreme maintenance improvement. The carpets around the building are dirty nd furnitures are dusty. My room was too small for a superior. The wall nd floor was dirty and the ac was loud and wasn't cooling enough. The bathroom was dirty was well. There was hair all over the shower, light was faulty nd not all of them were working. While booking it clearly showed breakfast for 2 so when my husband went down for his breakfast they gave him a long nd hard time nd asked for proof like common just check my booking nd u'll see all the information. Nd as for my breakfast I had to pay 500 naira for room service since I didnt want to eat downstairs. This is unbelievable. In all, the hotel is nice and the staff are okay but maintenance is very poor and services need improvement.
The female staff were absolutely rude. The hotel is dirty as hell. My room was filthy. I told the lady who came to the room with us and she was like, "it's dirty because they fixed the a/c earlier" ..... Ummmmm... I don't care? If you knew this, why didn't you clean it before showing and offering it to me? She scoffed and walked away and told another girl to deal with us. I dont know her name but she is fair skinned with medium, braids that are a little bit past her shoulders. She has a terrible attitude and should not work in the Hospitality industry. They also couldn't get their story straight about the available amenities. We spoke to Hope before we booked and she said that they have a gym available for use. Then another woman told us that the gym is not available, Then another associate came and said that it is available. 3 associates.. same hotel... but different stories. There were bugs and hairs throughout the rooms. The coffee area had thick dust which indicates that they dont even touch these areas IF they even clean these rooms. There also was a strong mold smell and the sheets were stained. And some were fresh stains. Our shower drain was clogged so we had to stand in our own bath water. Maintenance came but did not fix the issue so we just gave up. The rooms are so smaaaalllllllll. I will never come back here again. Not even for free. The only associates that were nice was Eno and the gentleman that worked there but I didn't catch his name.
It was quiet and the staffs were friendly and ready to serve. Improvement on cleaner environment needs to be worked on still
