My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. All staff are really nice and have a warm welcome. The facilities are very perfect, kids room, pool, dining room, gym, etc. You can walk to the village in front of the hotel. If we have a chance definitely we will be back to stay over here. Appreciate your excellent service.

DATE: February 2020, 1 night

VILLA: Huge layout with beautiful decor. Well-equipped for long-term stays, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Spacious, great bathrooms, nice outdoor/pool area.
Critters in villa: mosquitoes, 2 geckos, and 2 huge cockroaches

LOCATION: beautiful walkways, lush, well-kept property, walkable to beach, onsite restaurants, and Turtle village
-15min drive to HKT international airport (approx 500-600baht, $25Cdn)

CHECK IN/OUT:
Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Thank you Ploy and Nicky!

BEACH: beautiful Mai Khao beach. Long beach walks

FOOD:
Breakfast buffet was excellent with many Asian and Western offerings. Manager present to check quality and greet guests. Thank you, Mike and Mind.
Dinner at Sala restaurant very good.

STAFF:
Very friendly staff, but EVERY person had a pitch - they asked for a trip advisor review or had a timeshare sales pitch. It was so frequent and became predictable, making our interactions feel staged and insincere. Too much.

The Property is amazing, the staff goes above and beyond, everything is 5 star and I would definitely return..Looking forward to stay at another Anantara just so i can receive the same 5 star treatment.
